AreYou Happy Now? {Chapter 11}During the next couple of weeks Crystal began recoperating from the incident with JC.She began smiling more and laughing alot more. She began feeling more relaxed with herself. She couldn't be more happier. The twins were already two years old by now and Lil Alex was now a year old. The three were growing up so fast, everyone couldn't believe it. During the times that the gang hung out at Brian's cabin there was huge indoor water park. Food stands, water slides and pools.Inside the pools were tile round seats that you could sit on and drink your beverage. Fortunately for the boys there were lifeguards on guards so they could leave the kids with the lifeguards and have time to themseleves. Leighanne and Kristin rested on some lawn chairs and tanned themseleves. Crystal,Jennifer,and Courtney went into the water to have some water fights with guys. The girls wore some really goos bikinis. The boys looked sexy without their shirts on. Courtney and Crystal began drooling at Nick and AJ. They looked good, hot,wet, and shirtless. Nick and AJ laughed. It seemed to the others Nick was his crazy sweet self again,but truly inside Nick was moodier then ever. He just didn't want the others to always question his mood swings and his where abouts. When the guys saw the girls coming into the water they swam over to them and began pulling them into the water and splashing them. After the boys splashed the girls around, the wanted to play water polo except they had to find the girls and snag them with kisses. Kevin and Brian were out of this game, they chose to go with their wives,but AJ, Nick and Howie stayed in the pool to play. Crystal,Jennifer,and Courtney began scattering around the pool while the boys closed their eyes and began feeling around for the girls.As Nick began moving around the pool he began feeling around some, soon enough his hand felt something squishy and he began feeling his way up higher, then he felt something pointed then knew the next he felt were lips. "I know that's you Crys"said Nick as he placed his lips on her. As he began to kiss him, to him they felt alittle small. "Hey baby why do your lips feel so small?" asked Nick. "Because I'm not Crystal"said the girl. Nick began getting angry "Then who are you?" asked Nick. the girl began laughing and then said "Nick it's me Courtney...you got the wrong lips" said Courtney laughing. AJ and the others began laughing really hard. Nick eyes grew wide and filled with rage. "What the fuck?!" he screamed outloud. He then grabbed Courtney tightly by the shoulders and shook her violenlty. "Nick what the hell are doing?!" Courtney yelled out, trying to pull Nick off of her. When AJ saw what was going on he swam over to Courtney as grabbed Nick and began punching in the face. "Dude!? What in the hell are you trying to do to my girlfriend you shithead?!" yelled out AJ when he was done. "That wasn't Crystal you dumbass!!!" Nick said screaming back at AJ "So in the fuck what!!! you just hurt Courtney...damnit Nick just fucking growup..it was only a game" said AJ, before AJ turned his back Courtney's arms began hurting really badly, she grabbed it wincing in pain. "Oww AJ you guys,,,my shoulder..it's killing me" said Courtney as tears fell from her face. AJ quickly picked her and got out of the pool, then took her into the bathroom and placed some clothes on her so she wouldn't freeze. He then rushed her to the hospital. Back in the pool everyone looked at Nick in shock,especially Crystal. She began shaking and breathing hard. "Nick what did you do to her?" asked Crystal quitely, she began getting emotional. Before Nick could answer Brian got infront of her and said "Just like it's always been, Crystal..Nick hurt Courtney really badly thinking it was you..your the only person he's ever been sweet to ever since you got rapped, for the rest of the us he's been giving us the cold shoulder,but not you or the kids....."said Brian as he turned towards Nick and said "You know Nick ever since your girlfriend was rapped you've been nothing but an ass to everyone here...we all feel terrible about it...but now I don't think we trust you being around anyone from thew way you treated Courtney and...." before Brian could finish Crystal spoke up. "No Brian it's okay..I see it all now..ever since I opened up to my friends about the incident I've been trying to get him to open up as well but he wouldn't dare bug....and now he's become physical with people.. even my best friend Courtney, look what you did to her...she could be seriously injured because of your anger and rage over Joshua, actually that's who your turning into right now and I'm scared to admit it Nick....Nick right now what I'm seeing is not the same Nick I fell inlove with ....I can't look at you anyone..not the way I did in the beginning..I'm going back to Seattle which is where I should've stayed" said Crystal as she turned her back on Nick and began getting out of the pool. "Crys wait.." said Nick. Crystal turned around and looked at Nick and said "What..."said Crystal "What about our children?" asked Nick "Keep them..they're your responsibility now..I can't look at them cuz they look like you..and if I can't look at you, then how in the hell can I look at them?" said Crystal as she went off to the pool to grab Shiane. "Come on Shiane were leaving"said Crystal. As Shiane got out of the pool Kaylee and Kylier began crying. Crystal felt horrible about leaving the twins, she loved them so much, but how could she look at them, they had the face of their father. It burned a hole into Crystal's stomach. Nick slowly got out of the pool. He calmed the twins down. He then picked them up and took them into the bathroom and got them dressed and then got himself dressed. When two twins left the pool Lil Alex began crying. Kevin walked over to him and picked him up. He rocked him back and forth trying to calm him down. When Nick was gone everyone else remaining in the room was quite,not saying a single word. Finally after about ten minutes Howie spoke up. "I guess somethings just aren't meant to be.....it was wrong for any of this to ever happen, come Jennifer were gonna see Courtney" said Howie as he got out of the water. Jennifer nodded her head walked with Howie into the bathroom. " I agree we all should go see Courtney" said Kristin. the other nodded their heads. "Agreed were all gonna go see Courtney" said Kevin. "Ok let's go but if you all see don't say anything to him" said Leighanne. Everyone nodded their heads. They all then left the pool area and went into the bathroom. When the boys got into the bathroom Nick was nowhere to be found. No one really talked much into the bathroom. Everyone met outside in the lobby of the cabin. Brian and Leighanne grabbed AJ and Courtney's things and then they took Lil Alex into the car. Everyone grabbed their stuff signed out of cabin and drove off to the hospital to see Courtney. Inside the hospital Courtney layed on the bed wincing in pain. AJ did everything he could to help Courtney feel better before the doctor came."Ooog God! Alex it hurts..I can't take this anymore!!" cried out Courtney. "Baby I'm sorry let me go get the doctor" said AJ as he got up from his chair and ran into the hallway. He then saw the doctor walking down the hall towards the room. AJ grabbed him and pulled him into the room. "Doc please help my girlfriend, she's in alot of pain" said AJ getting nervous. "Ok let's see what we have here" said the doctor "My shoulder and arms they hurt badly please help me!!!" Courtney cried out. "Alright let's give you some motrin for the pain" as the doctor said as he grabbed a needle filled it up with some motrin and placed it into Courtney's shoulder. Courtney began to relax some, the pain stopped hurting her. "Ok now can you please tell me what happened" said the doctor as he pulled out a pen and was ready to hear Courtney and AJ's story of how Nick had lost his temper because of an honest mistake. "Hmmm well it looks like were gonna have to take some X-rays of this shoulder, just to make sure there's nothing broken nor torn" said the doctor. AJ and Courtney nodded. Then as the doctor left the room a nurse came in to take Courtney into the X-ray rooom. "I'll be here waiting for you my love" saud AJ as he let go of Courtney's hand. The nurse took Courtney down to the X-ray room. "Ok Ma'am were gonna take X-xrays of your shoulder and your arms just to make sure there's nothing broken...now there are a few questions that I need to ask you...are you pregnant ?" asked the nurse. "No.." said Courtney " Do you have any dificientcies prior the light ?" asked the doctor. Courtney looked at the nurse like she was stupid and crazy "Yeah I know...it's a stupid question but some people are..now what were gonna do is I'm gonna put this weight on your body..and want you to place your left arm and shoulder on this desk, then you will alternate to the right...you must be very still now or else the doctor can't determine what's wrong" said the nurse as she slowly and carefully placed Courtney's left arm and shoulder on the desk. Courtney slowly layed down on the desk. The heavy vestt, stopped Courtney from moving and getting up. When the X-ray was done Courtney was taken back to the room where AJ was reading a magazine on himself. When he saw Courtney he placed the magzine down and sat on the bed next to his girlfriend. Moments later the doctor returned with the results, he carried the X-rays in his hand. "Ok let's see what the X-rays picked up here" said the doctor placing the X-rays on the board, he turned on a light that gave a clear of Courtney's arm and shoulder. " Alright here on the left arms we didn't find anything on the shoulder nor the arm, but here on the right shoulder it show a tear in the tissue of the shoulder and a sprain in the arm" said doctor pointing the where the tear and the sprain was located. "So wait doc are you trying to tell me that I can't pick up anything...."asked Courtney getting alittle emotional "Yes I afraid so, was there anything particular you wanted to pick up ?" asked the doctor. "Well, we have 1 year old son" said AJ looking at the doctor "Then no you cannot pick up your son for a whille it could damage the shoulder for life...so might I suggest no physical acitvity for a while..now the nurse will bere here in few minutes to give you an ace bandage and for the arm and shoulder" said the doctor. "Thank you Doctor" said Courtney as the doctor left the room. AJ turned and looked at Courtney who looked as if she was about to cry her eyes out. "Awwh baby it's okay" said AJ as wiped some tears away from Courtney's face. "How can it Alex...I can't hold our son untill my arm and shoulder gets better....Oh God......" said Courtney sadly as more tears fell from her face. AJ looked at Courtney for a while and kissed her on the lips. Courtney closed her eyes as tears fell down from her face. Over at the airport Crystal and Shaine were getting ready for their flight back to Seattle. When the stuartess called out Crystal and Shaine's plane seats, Crystal got up with Shiane right behind her. Before Crystal left for the plane she looked back at airport, she then began thinking about all the times she and Nick spent together. A few tears ran down her face. "Is everything alright miss ?" asked the stuartess "I guess it is" said Crystal softly. Crystal handed the stuartess her and Shiane's tickets and they went off on the ramp and onto thr plane. As the plane took off Crystal placed some headphones on her head and the song "I Need You Tonight" by Nick Carter came on the radio. As Crystal listened to the song, she knew it was her Nick. She felt guilty with what she said to Nick, but she couldn't be around someone who was physical with females. She was in the air and she missed the twins alot. She looked at Shiane, who was looking out of the window and didn't look out the window. Crystal knew she missed her little brother and sister, but she didn't dare talk about it. When the plane arrived in Seattle Crystal grabbed her and Shiane's things went off to the car and drove back home. Crystal's home was same way she had left it before leaving off to New York. As Crystal dropped her things Shiane ran upstairs to her room. Crystal looked around the room some, she turned her right and ther she saw the same couch the time where she and Nick had been together before he walked out on her. She then sighed and walked into the kitchen. Crystal looked at her phone and there were so many messages for her to listen to.Crystal didn't bother listening to any of them. She opened up the fridge and toom out some milk she poured herself a glass and then went up into the cupboard and pulled out some chocolate chip cookies. As she began to eat some she remembered that night she and Nick had made love for the first time. "Hey your pretty cute..would like to dance replied ?" asked Nick looking at Crystal with such passion in his deep blue eyes. Crystal smiled and nodded her head. "I'd love to Nick" said Crystal as she took Nick's hand. Nick and Crystalk walked hand and hand onto the dance floor. The music began blasting loudly and playing.Nelly's Hot in Here began playing, things were really getting hot between Crystal and Nick. Since it was getting hott and Crystal and Nick were sweating, the emergency water pipes began to blow and water began flying out of the celing. Crystal and Nick were moaning loudly. Nick and Crystal couldn't take it anymore so they released their juices and kissed each other. They began to slow down and grind each other. Crystal felt something about Nick and knew what she was doing felt right somehow. As Crystal thought about the club night between her Nick,small tears began falling down her face. "I can't be with someone who abuses other females..it's not right for me..I've been through too much with guys already" said Crystal sighed and looked at her empty glass. Inside her heart was breaking all over again. "I can never love again..not if every man is a complete jerk or some abuser" said Crystal. She then got up from her seat and walked upstairs to her room. Before she went into her room she checked on Shiane who was sound asleep. Crystal smiled alittle bit and then went into her room. She closed the door right behind her. She dropped all of clothes on and placed on a black night gown on her body and fell onto the bed. All night Crystal couldn't sleep a wink.She began dreaming about Nick, he had turned into some killer and had no affections for her anymore. And he was on his way to get her. Before Nick struck her Crystal woke up in a deep sweat. "Oh my gosh Nick No!!" yelled out Crystal. She began breathing deeply when she saw that it was only a dream, Crystal relaxed and layed her head on the pillow. "Nick...wherever you're I hope you and the twins are okay" said Crystal as sighed once more before going back to sleep. Down in Florida Nick had just gotten off the airport, he then placed the twins into a carriage who were fast asleep. Fortunately for Nick there weren't any fans waiting for Nick. Nick sighed in relief and grabbed his luggage and went out to his car. He packed the carriage and placed the baby bag into the bottem of the backseat of the car. He then buckeled the twins into the car. Finally he placed the luggage into the car and jumped into the car and drove home. As Nick drove all his mind was set on was Crystal and Shiane. He couldn't live without them,they were his life. Nick felt like a complete never in his whole life had he ever abused woman, he had no idea on Courtney's whereabouts, he hoped that he didn't do that much damage to her and that she was okay. Nick began feeling all kinds of pains shoot throughout his body. These pains were physical pains, they were emotional pains. When Nick got home he placed the twins to bed. When he got back downstairs he noticed many messages on his answering machine. Nick sighed and pressed the button in order to listen to his messages. One was from Kevin "Hey Nick..."said Kevin over the phone "I don't know what to say...you have totally shown everyone especially Crystal how angry you're with everything that has happenbed, we spoke to AJ and Courtney and frankly in their own words they said "We want nothing to do with Nick for a while" and really Nick I can actually understand them, they're watching out for their Lil Alex..ya know Nick Courtney is now afraid of you...we did speak to her on the phone and frankly she spoke some, but AJ don't count on hearing a word from him, Courtney had a torn tissue in her shoulder and her arm is sprained,she can't hold her own son for a while..hope your proud of your Nick..well I thought I'd let you know"said Kevin as the message ended. Nick closed his eyes and a small tear ran from his face. All this happened to Courtney because of his anger with Joshua. And now he had prolly lossed Courtney and AJ's friendship for the longest time. Nick then deleted all his messages on his phone, he didnt dare want to hear what the others had to say about the terrible mishap earlier. Nick finally went upstairs after about an hour of reading a magazine. He placed the covers over his face and went to sleep. The whole gang was going through so many problems,but the main ones were Brian and Nick fighting, the mishap with Courtney and AJ, and his what loooked to be the breakup with Crystal. Kristin and Kevin were still trying to cope with the fact that their house was the scene of the crime where Joshua had struck at Crystal. Leighanne and Jennifer piched in some to help everyone out, but it seemed as if nothing was working out for anyone and they continued to be filled with sorrow and pain.
