AJ ran into the waiting room."IT'S A GIRL!," he exclaimed,and everyone stood up and congratulated him. "How's Erica doing?," Blane asked. AJ nodded."Good.She's sleeping right now," he answered. Brian punched him lightly on the arm."Watch out world.AJ's a dad!," he joked,and everyone laughed. AJ took a deep breath."They took her away as soon as she was born,but the doctor said we could see her soon," he said.He beamed."I can't believe I'm a daddy." He stayed with them for a few minutes before going to check on Erica and talk to the doctor. *************~*Chapter 74*~************** Howi and Kari left the hospital and headed back to the hotel.When they got there,they sat down on the couch. "I'm really happy for AJ," she said,as Howie took her hand and nodded. "Yeah.I've never seen him so happy," Howie replied. They sat in silence for a few minutes.Finally,as if on cue,they turned to each other. "Howie," she said. "Kari," he said at the same time.They both laughed. He went first."I've been doing alot of thinking lately,and I've decided I was wrong to let you go.I guess I was just upset at the time and overreacted," he told her. She smiled."And I shouldn't have gotten mad at you like I did." She paused."I can't believe it's taken us this long to realize just how wrong we were." He ran his finger up and down her arm."Me either," he said,and leaned over and kissed her.He pulled away after a moment."Is it ok that I kissed you?," he asked. She nodded as she ran her fingers through his hair."Of course," she replied.She pulled his face to hers and they began to kiss again. Their kisses grew deeper,and their passion hotter as they continued.Finally,they made their way to the bedroom,where for the rest of the night they proved their love to each other and made up for lost time. ************~*Chapter 75*~************ Erica awoke to AJ lightly kissing her fingers.She gave him a small smile. "Hi my beautiful girl," he whispered,leaning over and kissing her on the mouth. She ran her fingers through his hair."We did it AJ," she told him.She smirked."Actually,I did it," she corrected herself,and he laughed. "And you did great," he said. She sighed."I didn't think I was going to make it AJ.It hurt so bad," she replied,as he gazed at her with such a look of love she felt herself melt. He kissed her again."What are we going to name our beautiful daughter?," he asked,and she thought a moment before answering. "How about Taylor Ann?I've always loved that name," he told her. He nodded his approval."I talked to the doctor today,and he says she'll have to stay in the hospital for at least a month," he informed her. She gazed at him."But you're supposed to go to Germany next week.Isn't staying here with me going to cause you to miss performances?" He nodded as he took her hand."I'll talk to the guys and tell them I need some time off.I'm sure the fans will understand.You and the baby are my top priority right now," he told her. She smiled at him."Oh AJ.I love you so much," she whispered. He leaned over and kissed the tip of her nose."And I love you," he answered. He stayed awhile longer,then left so she could get some more rest. ~*Chapters 76 & 77*~
