Upward bound is a great program. Upward Bound is funded by the U.S. Department of Education. Its purpose if to encourage and prepare high school students to pursue a college education. The goal is accomplished through educational, cultural and social experiences. I enjoy working with the Upward Bound students and teaching them more about computers. Upward Bound helps students in many ways and gives them a head start on the next school year!!!
