THRESHOLD DANCING
It was
you,who first
dancedon the
thresholdcalling me to
joinyou on the
edge:
though my
eyes
hadsomewhat
summoned
the courageto let you
glimpsetowards the
passionthat was waiting
to
escape.
It
exploded whenthe gates
split
open,Bottled for so
longthat, perhaps, in
it'sfreedom, the
excitementcould find no
boundaries:
until they were
defined.Still,
I am
confusedat my aching
heart.
Now, the
bewilderment
ofnot knowing what
lifewill
bringconstricts the
passion,taking my
breath
away.
I will
remain,dancing along
the
thresholdand becoming a
chameleon,blending
silently within
therealm of others'
eyes.
...And,
waiting
forsome acknowledgement
thatthe passion is
free,once again to
explode...
if
only
forbrief increments
ofalotted
times.
