"Thank you" for being a friend to me,
When I really needed someone there.
My failing hopes to bolster to disaster,
and my deepest secret fears to share.
"Thank you" for being so good to me,
When it was even hard for me to know.
Of all the wisest of courses to follow,
what I should do, and where do I go.
"Thank you" for giving me the confidence,
when I truly thought I had lost my way.
Speaking the word that led me through,
The same tunnel of each and every day.
"Thank you" for all you did and had said,
to ease the weight of all hardships for me.
And never intruding, but always there in the
background for always helping quietly.
"Thank you" not only for all the sympathy
in all my bad times of grief and stress;
But for all of what you have meant to me,
In all of the right terms of my happiness.
"Thank you" for being the kind of friend,
that shares every-thing in good and bad.
I would like to become the sort of friend,
As you (Wendy) have always been, to me .

~~"For Only You"~~

Look into the starlite searching for answers
The wisdom of eternity is between us
The sunset in the distance
Open heart shows all faith love
This poem is dedicated to Wendey Rowland
Writen by Debbie Wismer 1994®
One by one the petals flow,
One by one you have let go,
One by one you fluttered down,
Kindred spirit of the soul
Lets close the door on the past
And move forward to the future
Pools of tears, rivers of darkness
Living our lives into different worlds
Our friendship goes beyond
the boundaries of the stars
The times we have shared are forever
Yet is not our time For the moment has past
Another one will join us
The fork in the road we must follow
There's no turning back this time
Effects are the same
Realities are the memories
and togetherness
And that's the way I feel
about you my dear friend
Now the truth hath been known
~~The Autumn Rose~~
embracing love no more to show.
The seeds full grown,
now struggling on their own.
springs beauty and vitality,
and with a final lethal blow,
have slipped into futility.
and covering the ground,
displayed a trivial color show,.
I wish ,I could so softly go.
