A word on who and what we are...
We are the outcasts of the outcasts. The people you never knew existed but hated and ostracized anyway. We are all about pain, agony, depression and misery because it's all we've ever known. The desperation of being alone, the agony of broken hearts, the frustration of poverty, the hopelessness of homelessness, the scorn of being ugly, the isolation of not belonging. Like minds from all around the world united as the most depressing and scariest fucking band you'll ever hear. Beware the freaks!
...A word on our sound/musical style...
Something like Rammstein and The Sisters of Mercy; industrial and gothic, very dark and disturbing, but very loud and scary, with a bit of DIY punk feel to it sometimes, best to be summed up as "suicide music". Or something... You'll just have to wait and see, won't you?
...An introduction/PSA from Jen...
"It's beginning to feel real. Steph and I used to talk about starting a band, but it always felt like a pipe dream. Now, though, it looks like everything is beginning to fall into place. This might actually happen!!! So in light of that, a brief introduction:
EFS (it means something naughty - shhhhh)
Our goal is to bring the inhumanity of the human race into mainstream media. Now, this has been done many times but, unlike fiction, our stories and videos will be based on facts.
Unlike those who focus on the small subgroups of the population that they deem "immoral," our focus will be on the larger, more conservative groups who, in the past, have acted as the accusers, painted themselves as the saints, the innocent, void of all wrong doing. We're going to bring to light their own wretched filth, the mistreatment of human beings at their own hands.
The group itself has no genre, as it is a mix of different styles...goth, industrial, punk, death metal, etc. The only certain thing is that we are very dark, very twisted and VERY controversial. Manson himself will believe us to be the most fucked up people to ever walk this earth. All of our lyrics will be written by us, less for the few songs we cover. Our words will be of pain, suffering and deprivation. Expect a good show. And um, a word of caution. Those who plan to perch by the stage should expect to leave quite messy.
