Who is Fred Jones Jr?
The body of Christ received a gift from God when Minister Fred Jones Jr. was born. Therefore, it was by Divine appointment that he followed in the footsteps of his mother, Pastor Nancy Jones, when he acknowledged his call into ministry at the age 11.
Although he was raised in Charleston, WV, under an extremely strict, Pentecostal traditional system, he somehow escaped the limitations of tradition to widen his spiritual parameters and reach people of varied backgrounds as well as cultures. With three sisters and one brother, life was sometimes funny and troublesome. "If I could reconcile and keep peace among us, I can reconcile the Church through the power of God."
Fred Jones Jr.'s ministry uniquely promotes reconciliation and redemption; which definitely crosses denominational and social lines. His God given anointing to preach and teach from a psychological-theological platform has strengthened and encouraged the faith as opposed to arguing philosophical-theological church issues.
His intellectual, scriptural approach, and his intense oratorical style, stimulates the intellect of people on all levels of life. Many embraced his method as "being practical, yet very powerful", while penetrating the hardest of hearts. He captivates the attention of the restless and convinces the confused that God is able to save anyone.
Evangelist Jones is a member of the Bethesda Christian Center Cathedral in Toledo, Ohio where he is the Youth Pastor. He also the director for the BCCC Mass Choir and Praise Team. With a gift of writing music for it, he has also touched the hearts of many. In addition to working on a CD project entitled "Praise and Worship Live with Evangelist Fred Jones Jr". With the Title song "Don't Give Up!", he play's the Organ, Drums, Keyboard, Sax, and bass too.
Evangelist Jones articulates a strong statement that offers the only real choice to the problems of the day - salvation through Jesus Christ. With a great since of humor he is know as a funny ,but serious man of God.
Evangelist Jones has been working on his first book entitled "The Role of A Man" which is not completed but will be soon. Also he has many audio and videocassettes.
