I have talked with the Hotel and I now have the rates. I have reserved 15 rooms for the Nights of the 23rd-25th. The price is going to run 53.00 dollars + tax. This is for a room for two adults and children under 12 stay free. Additional adults are 5 each. THESE ROOMS MUST BE RESERVED BY APRIL 1ST OR THEY GO BACK FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS. The weekend of the wedding has some other big events going on in the area so when the rooms are gone the rooms will most likely be gone.
To make a reservation call 1 (304) 637-4667. Let them know that you are reserving under the Melson block of rooms. If you don't, you will be charged a higher rate. Please, try to let me know after you have resereved a room. I am trying to keep track of who is reserving rooms so I know if I need more before the April 1st deadline.
Hotel Description
Conveniently located on the Western end of town, the Elkins Days Inn is the newest hotel facility in the area. Situated on the 3rd floor of the Randolph Center Complex, the Elkins Days Inn offers access to the Sunken Garden Restaurant and Lounge. Elkins finest restaurant with lounge and banquet facilities offering lunch and dinner. A soon to open doughnut shop on the 1st floor will offer breakfast. Until that time a guest's breakfast needs are served by a continental breakfast available between the hours of 6:00AM and 10:00AM. The hotel is completely handicapped accessible including 3

oversized elevators to accommodate even the largest load or luggage easily. With over 200 parking spaces, parking is never a problem and buses, trucks and motor home are easily accommodated. We pride ourselves on being friendly and helpful to all our guest's needs. Going out of our way is standard policy. We also offer 3 jacuzzi suites, 2 handicapped accessible rooms, 6 suites with kitchenettes, meeting rooms, conferencing facilities, FAX and copy machines, and limited secretarial services.
