 Luke Talbert Elkins was born on December 21, 2000 at 9:30 p.m. He is the son of Bobby and Julie Elkins of Falls Church, Virginia. He is the grandson of Joyce Elkins of Huntington, WV and the late Freddie Carl Elkins and Tom and Alice Soininen of Connecticut and Vermont. He is the great-grandson of Talbert Raymond and Lilly Duty and Taylor and Dixie Elkins all of Chapmanville, WV and the late Gladys Duty, the late Bill and Adelaide Hammond and the late Ott and Barbara Soininen. He has many aunts, uncles, and cousins who help to make up his family. His aunts and uncles include Anne and Kevin Jacobsen of Los Angeles, CA, John and Lisa Soininen of Boston, Mass., Beth and Randy Gore of Chapmanville, WV, Stephannie and Randy Tomblin of Chapmanville, WV, and Renee' Kinser of Gilbert, WV. Luke also has many great-aunts and uncles to numerous to name at this time. Luke has 11 first cousins that he shares his grandparents with. They are Finley Jacobsen, Buddy Shadd, Thomas Shadd, Randall Tomblin, Heather Tomblin, Dustin Gore, Colten Gore, Freddy Kinser, Deniele Kinser, Zachary Kinser, and Dylan Kinser. He has many, many other second and third cousins.
