Brownie recipe(Gab)
A great Brownie recipe I just tried. They are better the second day! If they last that long.  

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup non fat dry milk powder
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2tsp. vanilla

    beat at med. speed with mixer for 4 minutes. pour into a well greased 10X15  pan  bake at 350 for 40 min

    Brownies In A Jar(Jody (Ann)

     
    Serves: 8

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. cocoa powder
  • 1/3 c. toasted almonds, coconut, and/or mini marshmallows 1 c. (any combination) of chocolate chips, M&M's, or chocolate covered candy bar, chopped

    Layer ingredients in a 1-quart jar in the order listed (compact by pushing down after adding each ingredient). Screw on lid. Add a tag or label with these instructions:

    Combine 1/2 cup melted margarine with 2 beaten eggs. Stir in contents of jar. Pour into greased 8x8" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies test done. Remove from oven and cool. Cut into squares and serve.
