Humming Bird Cake


3 C. Flour (all purpose)
2 C. Sugar
1 Tsp. Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/2 C. Oil
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 8 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple & Juice
2 C. Bananas (crushed)
1 C. Nuts--Pecan (or whatever you like)




Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl or pan, Add all ther ingredients and stir until mixed, (do not beat) Bake 350 For approx. 1 hr. & 10 mins.... Cool and top with iceing




Cream Cheese Frosting


1 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 Stick Butter or Margerine (softened)

1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 box powdered Sugar


Beat together butter & vanilla until light & smooth, gradually add sugar, beat smooth after each addition of sugar, spread on top & side of cake.
