Eric Post Returns! Lex Luther…not pleased!

by Steven Kennedy

You remember the day that will live in infamy when Eric Post announced his retirement from the Blue Blazers with his facebook wife at his side. He said, “It is after careful consideration and a heavy heart that I announce my retirement as head coach of the Blue Blazers. I feel I have proven all that I can as a head coach of a Harrison County Parks and Recreation team and I now want to focus on my teaching career and my facebook family.” Outside of the press conference, one disbelieving boy said, “Say it isn’t so Eric! Say it isn’t so!” Coach Post regretfully replied, “It’s so, kid.” It looked like that a legend had left us forever.

The cosmos have a way of changing as Eric Post announced that he will be back with the Blue Blazers for the upcoming season. He announced, “I have heard your cries! I have seen the scared people running around panicked in the streets! I want everyone to calm down for I have returned!” Lex Luthor, who located in the back of the press conference, said, “NO! This will ruin everything! I’ll get you Eric Post! I’ll get you!”

I deduced Eric Post the reason he came back because he missed the game because Eric Post said, “I missed the game.” He also had some nasty words for his successors, “I won 74 games and two Parks and Rec. championships. Since I have left, the Blue Blazers haven’t won a single game! Not one! I could not allow that to continue so I made my mind up that the blazers needed me and I had to come back!”

As the head writer and former player of the Blue Blazers, I have never been more excited about anything in my life as the return of our great leader and coach. I have had many great days in my life including: the day I got married, the day I had my first child, and the day I saved the world from mutated worms from Uranus bent on enslaving humanity. The day Eric Post decided to come back to the Blue Blazers is greater than them all. I am so happy and proud to be involved in this organization with a great man and leader like Eric Post.
