Chapter 8 -- Rule Violations and Disciplinary Action
If a member team conducts its activity in a manner that violates the RVSC By-laws, or the Handbook of Club Policies and Guidelines whether intentionally or unintentionally, or otherwise brings embarrassment or discredit to the RVSC, the Board may impose any or all, but not limited to, the following sanctions:
1. Suspension of a member team’s voting rights
2. Removal of any player or coach from a RVSC team roster
3. Revocation of RVSC membership (with forfeiture of fees)
The events leading to the imposition of sanction(s) shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the RVSC Board of Directors.
Record of Approval
This Handbook of Club Policies and Guidelines was approved at the December 8, 1999, meeting of the River Valley Soccer Club. The provisions of this Handbook are effective and will be adopted on this date.
