Chapter 3-- Team Administrative Requirements
3.1 State-Stamped Rosters
State-stamped rosters are required to play in out-of-state tournaments, and for play in the Snickers Cup or State Cup tournaments. Detailed in-formation about how to obtain a State-Stamped roster can be found at Appendix B.
3.2 Travel Permits
Travel permits are required to play in an out-of-state tournament. Infor-mation about how to obtain a Travel Permit can be found at Appendix C.
3.3 Guest Player Permits
When permitted by the tournament, WVSA permission is required to add a “guest” player to a team’s roster. Detailed information about how to obtain a Guest Player Permit can be found at Appendix C.
A coach requesting a guest player must first make every effort to obtain concurrence from the guest player’s team coach. If a player joins a team as a guest, the coach must obtain that player’s pass card from his or her team coach.
3.4 Tournament Reports
WVSA requests that each team submit a Tournament Report for each tournament attended. A copy of this form can be found at Appendix A.
