Apart From The Projector-LOVERS KNOT
This emo band from Charleston WV is great, i'll say that upfront. Four songs of catchy, rocking emo that you'll love. The only problem i do have with it is the fact it's only four songs...but, i can deal with that.

Bloodjinn-Murder Eternal(seven short stories for the slightly psychotic)
This hardcore band from North Carolina comes back with there second cd, and they don't disapoint. Seven songs of brilliant east coast hardcore that you need to buy if you even think you like heavy music, you won't be disapointed.
Recommended Track: Forsaken On 52(uses a couple great soundbites from The Matrix)
Candiria-Process Of Self Development
Hardcore straight outta NYC, this is some heavy hitting shit. But, unlike a lot of todays hardcore, this band does something quite different. They mix in (a lot) hip hop,classical and some straight up metal. Hell, they even do two straight hip hop tracks. This is a great CD if you like experimentation in your music.

Deftones-White Pony
This has been one of the summers most anticipated releases. The boys from Cali have had most of the world holding there breath right up until it came out and now, i understand why. This is an excellent CD. Chino has evolved his lyrics and vocal style to the next level and it makes the cd that much more enjoyable. So, run, walk, kill..whatever, just get out and get this CD!

The Dillinger Escape Plan-Calculating Infinity
My friend Dana had told me a lot about Dillinger and he told me to check 'em out if i got the chance...well, that chance has come and my god was i impressed! This N.J.H.C. band is fucking phenomenal and will blow your mind! If you get the chance, get this CD. Hell, make it a priority in life, i promise you will not be disappointed.
Recommended Track:Any of 'em..you can't go wrong with this album
