Get ready for some hyper, fast reflex, ASS KICKING TIME! Released in 1997, I can't remember if this one was released on the SS in America or not (DON'T BUY THE PSX VERSION!) but this game is very fun to play. When you choose 2 characters to play as and your "Turbo" or "Normal" speed of gameplay, you can switch between the two characters anytime while playing. Although playing against the computer gets rather old, playing against someone is extremely fun! Graphics are top notch and gameplay is superb and there is practically no loading time thanks to the 4MB cart!
