Produced by Telenet, released by Riot 1992. Silky Lip (Maho No Shojyo) (Magical Girl: Silky Lip) was originally planned to be released for the PC Engine. Ported to the Mega CD, this game is the first in the genre of RPG/Mystery/Strategy games. The programmers of this game were the one's responsible for the best selling Strategy/Dating Sim, Sakura Taisen (Sakura Wars) in Japan. Since the game is heavy on Japanese dialogue, I personally haven't gotten too far into it. Characters are similar to Phantasy Star designs onscreen on the overhead portion. Good music and nice opening cinema. Use with Mega CD back-up RAM cart. If there is a beta (or prototype) release for the PC Engine, the price is well over $500.00. As for this Mega CD version, it is rare but I'm not sure on how much it's worth. I've seen it go for around $120.00 on auction. I'll type more on this game later.
