Released in 1994 by Sega and produced by Sonic Team/Climax, this is the best of the 16-bit Shining series. Great music, sound effects, and gameplay. Story is also very good. The new caravan option lets the player choose characters between battles on the go. Better graphics than the first one also. Price is up but not too hard to find online.
