Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him. So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets”, Matthew 7:7-12.
John 3:16-18, "For God so loved the worldthat he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not parish but have eternal life. For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son".

That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does”, James 1:2-8.
