Cryptorchid Chipmunk's Albums

Our first tape (Untitled)

*NO PIC AVAILIBLE*

We made a really shitty tape one day. We sat a tape recorder in the middle of the practice room, and took the first take on all the songs. The sound files for all of the tracks are availible in the sound section of our website. The quality of the wav files is not as good as the tape, but it's pretty close.

Date of recording: somewhere in the early spring of 1999
Where? in josh's old house (a huge shithole)
Approx. # of copies in existance: 1 (but I think we lost it)

*NO PIC AVAILIBLE*

We had a guy named Michael Chapman make a CD of us, it was free, and we got what we paid for. It was much higher quality, but the mixing changed throughout the CD, and in the middle of songs (way to go Mike *sarcasm*). We also were all to lazy to get any "good" takes, so there's like 1000 mistakes in all the songs. This one was supposed to actually go somewhere, but obviously it didn't, mainly because I (Andrew) didn't like it, Corey wanted to put it out there, but it never came about because I REALLY didn't want it to.

Date of recording: August 15, 1999
Where? In andrew's basement (also a shithole)
approx. # of copies in existance: 3 (A master, one copy for Josh, and a messed up one that only plays in Corey's van's CD player)

Cryptorchid Chipmunk's Greatest Hits Volume 2

*NO PIC AVAILIBLE*

Our first REAL CD. It kinda kills the joke of the name when you see albums previous to this one, consider this our first CD, because it's the only CD to date that has over 3 copies in existance. It was recorded by Jeff Bosely (sp?), a REAL recording guy that we had to pay. After a lot of remastering, and tweaking, it's not that bad, you can get a copy of it cheap at a show, or email us and order one, price is five dollars, that's pretty fuckin cheap so you'd better fuckin buy it *Special note: There are 3 different versions of this CD (versions Andrew, Corey, and Josh), the outsides all look the same, and they have the same songs, but the books inside are different, and the secret tracks are different. They are all randomly distributed. We do NOT encourage you to buy all the versions, this is NOT an attempt to make more money, trade with friends to see and hear the extra stuff. GOTTA HEAR EM ALL!

Date of release: 4-20-01
Recorded where? in josh's old house (that same old shithole)
expected # of copies in existance:100

Super Happy Fun Family Wish Demo!

*NO PIC AVAILIBLE*

This album has 7 members on it. The bass, drums, and guitars were laid down at a very shitty recording studio full of assholes called "Blues Alley". Between ridiculing our talent, they informed me continuously that this album would never be released, and that it would suck... so fuck you guys, it sounds good! I encourage everyone to NEVER go to blues alley recording in morgantown WV, unless you enjoy having your self-esteem lowered but some shriveled old shit fucker! Horns and vocals were recorded at "Melancholy Apartments" studio in morgantown WV, and they did a good job, and for cheap! Oh, and it was released on "Butt Records"

Date of recording: 2002
Where? Balls Alley and Melancholy Apartment
Approx. # of copies in existance: 50 (or more)
