In late fall of 1998 a few guys got together and started discussing the lack of choice in Greek life here at Glenville State College. Each time they talked they brought someone else with them that shared their ideals. Finally, on March 23, 1999, fourteen men stood up and decided that they wanted to change the way Greek life on this campus was headed. On that day Alpha Xi Omega was officially sanctioned as an official organization on this campus. The idea burned in the hearts and minds of many and we are the fruits of their labor.
