Lana
As the days passed by, there was no sign of Mystic Isle, and I had almost given up hope. My family had been on a ship before, but the Hanson's hadn't, and Zac had gotten sick many times.
I was laying in my bed when I heard Zirconia yell down for me. I immediately came up, and saw that there was a storm coming. She told Rose and I to secure the ship, and with our combined powers it was done within minutes.
Night fall was approaching, and I managed to talk Zirc into going down to the bunks to get some rest. She was stubborn at first, but the more and more I told her to, the less she objected.
Around midnight, the first force of the storm struck. At first, I thought that the tiny ship would hold it's own against the fierce winds and rains, but as the storm grew worse and it looked like the ship wouldn't last, I ran down the stairs to find Rose awake and casting a sort of spell.
"Rose, what are you doing?" I cried, fearing that she was somehow in relation with Medwin and Eli.
"I'm trying to cast a spell that will make us go through time… Into the 20th century, I believe. Listen, I know I sound crazy, but you have to listen to me. We'll be reborn and go on with a normal life, then when we're all the same age we are now, we'll rejoin again to fight off Medwin." Rose said quickly. I looked at her, not believing what she was saying.
"You mean, we'll survive?" I asked. Rose shook her head.
"I know for a fact that we're going to die tonight… And I know you know, too. This will make our purpose go on… Medwin will be trapped. Unfortunately, only three of us will be able to go on…" Rose sighed.
"Eli, you, and Zirc." I said immediately. Rose shook her head no.
"Close. Eli, myself, and you." I immediately slapped her.
"No. Zirc has a much more powerful power then I do, and she knows more then I do. I'll only bring trouble." I decided.
"No, Lana. You have the strongest love for life, I can tell. All of the deceased powers will be divided up among us. I'm not sure how, but they will. Zirconia, Caly, and Maeve will be real people, but they will not be able to help us, have their powers, nor will they remember what happened in this life. But they will be alive." Rose said. She thrust a bottle of liquid over to me. "Drink." She commanded.
"Is this…" I asked. Rose nodded. "But what about Eli?"
"He already has the gift." Rose replied. I nodded, then drank the potion. Immediately, everything went black as my body fell to the floor. That was the last thing I ever remembered in that life.
