Lars Necro: Chief of staff and a very silent individual. The only thing he likes is his job and that's only when he can do some major damage to people. Has no sense of humour whatsoever, and tries to keep himself from saying anything at all.
Neo Bryce: Chief of staff and a very lonely individual. Very much so into picking up on the ladies, but is always turned down since they can't make out what he says with his strong Scottish accent. But why is he with the group? Who knows. But there is one woman who admires him.
Natasha Diamanda: The only woman who sees Neo's speaking skills as poetic, Natasha is primarily in charge of making sure the cardfs go without a hitch. Very silent becuase of her shyness, Natasha never likes to be alone. When she's with Anarkiss, she's more open. When she's with Lars, it's a very silent atmosphere. And Neo? She can't keep her eyes off him.

Kash isn't just about taking care of WOTO either, he (like the rest of WOTO) specializes in killing off those who he thinks is a waste of space and anyone who stands in his way and he demonstrated this soon after he arrived when he, Apocalypse, and Cool J demolished 3 members of WKYA Club and forced them to end the stable. Apocalypse grew into a monster. His last set of foster parents were beaten almost to death. Apocalypse hit the streets after that, too big to be messed with and too evil to be part of society. He went back underground and finally resurfaced in the RWF, with his only friend and manager known as the Black Wolf who turned on the RWF and have now moved to the WWICW.
