Okay... I was told to be creative on this thing so here is my attempt at doing just that. I'm not sure where this will end up, but bear with me for the moment. I want to start off with my thoughts on King Karnage. It was amazing. Not only because B-Pac won both of his matches and became the 2002 King Karnage, but because ELITE added a huge name to it's associates. That's right... Sweet Dirty C! Now, you may be asking yourself this question: "Will there be any legitimate competition for ELITE now that 4 of the top 5 guys are a part of it?" To answer that, I humbly say this... NO! Now, some of you may not know the entire story behind the build up of Dick becoming the newest member and why he was ditched in such "championship" fashion. Well, I'll tell you why.
It is a well-known fact that Cheapshots goes back a long time with both Triple X and Adam Lax. They were the original ELITE (along with VP Thomas but he was a jackass). Well, X approached Lax and myself with the idea of getting Dick to join... we knew he had something up his sleeve so we were more than happy to listen. After hearing his plans of selling Dick out and beating his ass, X explained that there was someone better that was going to become a part of ELITE. And at that very moment, in walked... CHEAPSHOTS! At the time, Cheapy and I were having some big OOC conversations... seemingly heated, but we were still really cool with each other. Grown men can handle their problems that way, I guess. Well, I couldn't say no because, in my opinion, Cheapshots IS the best in the business and he is the epitome of what ELITE is all about. As VKM would say, we're oozing with ruthless aggression.

Onto the big OOC complaint about preconstructing RolePlays before the set time... I'm not a big fan of it personally but I don't condemn it. I mean, I've done it before... just once. And I feel that it did help me get that victory (it was my first match against Max Payne by the way)... but I did not, under any circumstances, feel that I had bragging rights or that I had bested my opponent. Of course, if you know me personally, you know that I don't brag much anyway. Nonetheless, the win is totally legit and official... I just feel that if you want a fair and equal contest, do your RP's on the set time. Though, again I say that if I was in Gazinya's situation I would have done the same thing... even more so if my opponent was Cheapshots and I knew that ahead of time. I say congratulations to both of the competitors. End of story... next subject.
Hmm... actually, I think that is all that I have to ramble on about at this moment. I hope you enjoyed the first installment of my Insider's View. I certainly enjoyed writing it. Look for another one out very soon! And like my friend, Carl the Cabbie, would say: "Play the freakin' game and have some freakin' fun, ya freakin' jerk!".
