||Tuesday, July 30.||

||Breakdown has just ended. As the fans leave, so too does Weezle, with Ravyn and Keoki in tow.||

Why are we leaving now?

Because I don't want to talk to any of those damn interviewers.

Why?

Because they're going to ask the same stupid questions about how I feel. 'How do you feel?' Like I was kicked in the flippin' sack!

Oh wait...

I WAS!!

Well if that's the case... Why didn't we leave earlier?

One, I wanted to shower first. Two, I didn't want to be seen wandering around backstage. A nosey fan, some jackass worker, or a jackass wrestler might have seen me and made a big scene. Now is NOT the time to be interacting with people.

So, do you want me to take Keoki back to the airport in my car?

I'd prefer that, please.

Ok.

||Keoki takes his bag from Weezle, and opens the door to Ravyn's rental Intrepid. Meanwhile, Weezle is already in his rental LS, and he starts it up and squeals out of the parking lot, on his way to the airport.||

Good thing Ravyn booked tickets back to Ottawa for right after the show.

||As Weezle hits the highway, he turns up the volume and tries to find something to listen to on the radio.||

Great. The only thing on the radio is stupid dance mixes and losers calling in to late-night psychiatrists about how they like being roughed up in gym class by the jocks.

||With one hand on the wheel, and one eye on the road, Weezle opens up his cd wallet, pulls out Ozzy Osbourne's 'Down To Earth', slides it into the cd player, and turns up the volume.||

That's what I need... Good, loud, music. It's either that or hit someone, and seeing as I'm not on the clock for LCW right now, it's probably better to just enjoy Zakk Wylde's guitar and Ozzy's voice.

||As Weezle notices the speedometor edging towards 90 mph, he takes his foot off the gas and coasts until it creeps down to 70.||

Well... that was quite a shit night all around. Brendan gets pummelled, and on the night that I wanted to start working alongside him, I show up late and miss it all.

And to add to the pummel-mania that was Breakdown, I got to be on the wrong end of a good ol' beatdown from two guys who have some 'heat' with me because they are either morons or incompetent. Sinister, a man whom I invited into Destruction, hates me because of those peckers Rook and Ronin, and Drebbin hates me because I handed him his ass several months ago. Well, I can understand Drebbin not liking me for beating him, but Sinister... He's just on crack.

So instead of what I had wanted, which was to talk to Brendan, beat Mike Sinister for the Canadian Title, and ultimately have a good night, I ended up finding my boss had the crap kicked out of him by his mortal enemy, received a beat down, and end up with a pounding headache.

Maybe I should turn down the music?

Nah.

Ozzy is more powerful than Advil.

God... How far away is that airport?

||finding himself coming up to some heavy traffic, Weezle can do nothing but swear and.... swear some more.||

All I want to do is go home and SLEEP!! End this f***ing day!! Corr Blimey!

||Roughly an hour later, Weezle has turned in his keys and is waiting near his gate with a coffee and his carry-on. After a few minutes, Keoki and Ravyn show up, carry-ons in hand, ready to board.||

All set?

||With two nods, the trio depart down to their plane, ready for a quick stop in Ottawa.||

||End||
