TUESDAY NIGHT TORTURE RESULTS (7/15/03)

TNT opens up as a moving picture of the World Arena in Colorado is taken high up in the sky from a helicopter. Drowning Pool’s “Bodies” begins to play as the pyro goes off on the stage in the arena. Shortly after, the voices of Donny Timberman and Jack Lovette take over the roaring of the crowd as the show opens.

Donny Timberman: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to Tuesday Night Torture! We have such a packed night here in Colorado! We have our first ever ladder match between Gansoto Yisomiro and Sprade Rhaynes! They will battle it out for $3,000.00!

Jack Lovette: Wow! Can I be in that match? I need a bigger pay check.

Donny Timberman: We also have the beginning of the UWA Intercontinental Championship tournament tonight! We are in for a great show tonight!

Ron Smith: The following contest is a ladder match and it is one of four quarter final matches for the Intercontinental Championship tournament! Introducing first, from Dallas, Texas, Jeff (Badass) Bradford!

Nelly’s “Number One” hits the P.A. system as the crowd begins to cheer shortly after the first couple of measures of the music. Jeff (Badass) Bradford appears on the entrance stage as he proceeds to walk down the ramp to ringside shortly after. Jeff (Badass) Bradford slides into the ring and paces the ring as he gets mentally prepared for his opponent.

Donny Timberman: Jeff (Badass) Bradford’s going to have his hands full tonight as his opponent is going to be introduced momentarily.

Ron Smith: And his opponent, from West Palm Beach, Florida, He is the UWA Hardcore Champion, Eddiizer!

Metallica’s “St. Anger” begins to play as the crowd stands on their feet and the arena floor begins to shake as Eddiizer steps through the curtain and out on the stage. Eddiizer takes a brief moment to notice the screaming fans and then walks down the ramp to ringside where he then slides in the ring and quickly raises his hands above his head and lets out a huge roar with his Hardcore title strapped around his waist.

Jack Lovette: Look at this capacity crowd on their feet Timberman! This is just absolutely amazing!

Donny Timberman: Indeed it is. This man is truly one of the greatest here in the UWA!

(DING, DING, DING!)

Donny Timberman: Here we go! This is the opening match of the UWA Intercontinental Championship tournament!

(Eddiizer and Jeff (Badass) Bradford begin sizing each other up as they grapple up in the center of the ring. They soon shove each other off of each other and take another walk around the ring. They grapple up again, this time Eddiizer putting Jeff (Badass) Bradford into an armbar, working on the back as he begins to shove his elbow into Jeff (Badass) Bradford’s lower back area. Jeff (Badass) Bradford counters with a snapmare takedown as he puts Eddiizer into a headlock.)

Donny Timberman: So far these two men size up pretty well. These two men must remember that this match is a ladder match and Eddiizer must like that stipulation. You cannot get disqualified in a ladder match.

Jack Lovette: Great just what we need. We may not see Jeff (Badass) Bradford for quite some time after this match if Eddiizer does a number on him like he did to Sprade Rhaynes last week on Torture.

(Jeff (Badass) Bradford lets the hold go and pulls Eddiizer off the canvas. Jeff (Badass) Bradford gets Eddiizer in a front headlock and executes a swinging neckbreaker on Eddiizer. Jeff (Badass) Bradford then goes outside the ring and grabs a ladder from ringside that was previously set up by UWA staff. Jeff (Badass) Bradford slides the ladder in the ring so that half the ladder is in the ring and half the ladder is out. Eddiizer recovers and goes to get the ladder but Jeff (Badass) Bradford wisely smacks the ladder into a slingshot up into Eddiizer’s face sending him back down to the canvas.)

Donny Timberman: Good god what a shot that was! Jeff (Badass) Bradford nearly took Eddiizer head off on that exchange. We were expecting Eddiizer to be the offensive one in this match but so far it’s been all Jeff (Badass) Bradford.

Jack Lovette: I knew he had it in him. I was trying to tell you that Timberman but you just wouldn’t listen to me.

Donny Timberman: Sure Lovette whatever.

(Jeff (Badass) Bradford sets the ladder up in the center of the ring and begins climbing. Jeff (Badass) Bradford gets to the fifth rung of the eight foot ladder until Eddiizer nails Jeff (Badass) Bradford in the back with a clubbing blow. Eddiizer pulls Jeff (Badass) Bradford off the ladder so that he landed feet first and begins throwing some punches to the face. Jeff (Badass) Bradford goes for the clothesline but Eddiizer ducks and gives Jeff (Badass) Bradford a neckbreaker.)

Donny Timberman: What a counter! These two men are down but Eddiizer is begging to rise to his knees. This is a great match!

(Eddiizer goes to the outside and throws a chair into the ring. Jeff (Badass) Bradford gets up and begins stomping at Eddiizer as he slides into the ring keeping him grounded. Jeff (Badass) Bradford then begins to once again climb the ladder and try to retrieve the slip of paper that hangs high above. Eddiizer recovers and hits Jeff (Badass) Bradford with the chair he got previously. Eddiizer then grabs Jeff (Badass) Bradford and slams him down to the canvas off the ladder.)

Jack Lovette: Wow! What a shot to the back of Jeff (Badass) Bradford! This is a great match!

(Eddiizer begins to climb the ladder. Jeff (Badass) Bradford begins to recover as he walks to the other side of the ladder and begins to climb it also. Jeff (Badass) Bradford and Eddiizer both end up on the same rung of the ladder, just inches from the paper. Jeff (Badass) Bradford and Eddiizer begin punching each other.)

Jack Lovette: Someone’s going to go down Timberman! Someone’s going to win this match!

(Eddiizer throws one last punch then followed by a head-butt, sending Jeff (Badass) Bradford off the ladder all the way to the canvas. Eddiizer grabs the slip of paper and slowly climbs down the ladder.)

(DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING!)

Donny Timberman: Eddiizer advances! Eddiizer has won this match! He goes on to the semi finals!

Ron Smith: And the winner, Eddiizer!

Donny Timberman: Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve got another ladder match coming up next, it will be The Canadian Crippler to take on Dax Clark! Don’t go away!

(Commercial Break)

Donny Timberman: Welcome back ladies and gentlemen to TNT! We are down to two ladder matches for tonight. The first one just took place it was our first quarter final match between Eddiizer and Jeff (Badass) Bradford. Eddiizer picked up the win in that one. Lets get to our second quarter final match.

Ron Smith: The following contest is a ladder match and it is one of four quarter final matches for the Intercontinental Championship tournament! Introducing first, from Edmonton Alberta, Canada, The Canadian Crippler!

”Whatever” by Our Lady Peace hits as The Canadian Crippler steps out on the stage and walks down the ramp to ringside. The Canadian Crippler raises his hands high above his head with a stern look on his face as he’s walking down the ramp. He then slides into the ring and stands there as he awaits his opponent.

Ron Smith: And his opponent, from Hartford, Connecticut, Dax Clark!

Korn’s “Reclaim My Place” begins to play as the crowd grows silent. Dax Clark begins to walk down the entrance ramp as he has a sick look on his face directed towards The Canadian Crippler. Dax Clark slides into the ring and pushes his face against The Canadian Crippler as the two begin to push each other back and forth with their foreheads, staring into eachothers eyes with intensity.

(DING, DING, DING!)

(Dax Clark and The Canadian Crippler begin to exchange blows. The Canadian Crippler gets on the offensive as Dax Clark begins to kneel to his knees. The Canadian Crippler begins to go outside to get the ladder but Dax Clark gets up and delivers a clubbing blow to the back of The Canadian Crippler as he is leaving the ring, knocking him outside to the floor below. Dax Clark throws The Canadian Crippler into the ring steps and grabs the ladder. He throws the ladder into the ring and sets it up.)

Donny Timberman: It looks like Dax Clark is looking to end this match early. But here come The Canadian Crippler so he’s not going to have much luck there.

(The Canadian Crippler gets into the ring and pulls Dax Clark off the ladder, landing on his feet, The Canadian Crippler then delivers a powerful short arm clothesline to Dax Clark. The Canadian Crippler sets the ladder on top of Dax Clark. The Canadian Crippler then begins to climb to the top rope.)

Donny Timberman: What the hell is he doing!?

Jack Lovette: It looks like he’s climbing the turnbuckle Timberman.

(The Canadian Crippler does a leg drop off the top rope onto the ladder and Dax Clark.)

Donny Timberman: Oh my god! That hurt The Canadian Crippler as well! They’re both down. Well, The Canadian Crippler is beginning to rise.

(The Canadian Crippler sets up the ladder and slowly begins to climb it. The Canadian Crippler almost grabs the paper.)

Jack Lovette: He’s got it!

Donny Timberman: No he doesn’t!

(Dax Clark pulls The Canadian Crippler off the ladder and begins to climb the ladder. The Canadian Crippler gets up and begins to climb the other side of the ladder. The Canadian Crippler and Dax Clark battle it out on the top of the ladder until Dax Clark pulls off a sunset flip on The Canadian Crippler off the top of the ladder. The two men are down.)

Donny Timberman: Oh my god! That’s absolutely insane!

Jack Lovette: I can’t believe that! What are these two men thinking!?

(Dax Clark gets up shortly after as The Canadian Crippler is just stirring on the canvas. Dax Clark begins to climb the ladder again. The Canadian Crippler gets up just as Dax Clark is at the paper and The Canadian Crippler tips the ladder over sending Dax Clark off the ladder, out of the ring, and through the announce table. The ladder bounces off the top rope and rebounds back into the same position it was in before, over the paper.)

Donny Timberman: Holy s***! He went strait through our announce table! This is insane! Dax Clark is out of it no doubt about it!

(The Canadian Crippler climbs the ladder slowly and pulls the slip of paper off the clamp. Dax Clark is still out on the floor as EMT’s begin to surround ringside and they run to Dax Clark’s side. The Canadian Crippler is celebrating inside the ring as Dax Clark is being taken off by the stretcher.)

(DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING!)

Ron Smith: And the winner, The Canadian Crippler!

Jack Lovette: He did it!

Donny Timberman: Indeed he did! The Canadian Crippler has won this ladder match! That means that The Canadian Crippler will face Eddiizer in the semi final round beginning next Tuesday night! Dax Clark fell hard into our announce table I’m not exactly sure what the extent of his injuries are but we’ll keep you informed as far as how he’s doing as this show progresses. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s the debut of EBZ, he will be facing Big T, and that match is next!

(Commercial Break)

Ron Smith: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Greenwich, Connecticut, Big T!

Kid Rock’s “American Bad Ass” hits the P.A. system as Big T makes his way to the ring. He walks up the steel steps and climbs over the top rope. He then awaits his opponent.

Ron Smith: And his opponent, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, making his UWA debut, EBZ!

”We Are Right Here” by DMX hits the speakers as EBZ makes his first walk out on the UWA stage. EBZ runs down to the ring and slides into the ring.

(DING, DING, DING!)

(EBZ starts out on Big T as Big T kneels down to one knee from the hard blows to the back. EBZ picks Big T up and kicks him in the mid section, then he delivers a DDT to Big T. He goes for the cover.)

Christopher Baxter: 1...2.. TWO!

Jack Lovette: That was close!

(EBZ picks up Big T. Big T begins to fight back as he is whipped off the ropes by EBZ. Big T goes for the clothesline but EBZ ducks it as he sets up Big T for the E-Bomb. He hits the E-Bomb and goes for the cover.)

Christopher Baxter: 1... 2... 3! Ring the bell! Ring the bell!

(DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING!)

Donny Timberman: Wow! That was a really quick match! EBZ picks up his first victory here in the UWA! Ladies and gentlemen, next, the ladder match that is worth $3,000.00, literally. Next, it’s Gansoto Yisomiro to take on Sprade Rhaynes!

(Commercial Break)

Ron Smith: The following contest is a ladder match! The winner will receive the briefcase that is hung high above the ring that is filled with $3,000.00! Introducing first, from Tokyo, Japan, Gansoto Yisomiro!

”Leave You Far Behind” by Lunatic Calm hits as Gansoto Yisomiro steps out on the entrance stage. He walks down the ramp and slides into the ring. He stands on the middle turnbuckle and taunts to the crowd as they go crazy.

Ron Smith: And his opponent, from Quincy, Illinois, Sprade Rhaynes!

Godsmack’s “Awake” hits as Sprade Rhaynes walks out on the entrance ramp. He walks down to the ring and slides into the ring. He then faces his masked opponent.

(DING, DING, DING!)

Donny Timberman: Here we go! Our main event!

(Sprade Rhaynes goes for a quick start but Gansoto Yisomiro ducks the punch that is thrown at him by Sprade Rhaynes. Gansoto Yisomiro delivers a quick standing drop-kick to Sprade Rhaynes, knocking him down to the canvas. Gansoto goes outside the ring and slides the ladder under the ropes. Sprade Rhaynes recovers, rebounds off the ropes, and does a low drop-kick on the ladder that is on the ring apron, nailing Gansoto Yisomiro in the face with the ladder. Sprade Rhaynes grabs the ladder and sets it up in the middle of the ring.)

Jack Lovette: This one maybe over quick!

Donny Timberman: Don’t bet your money on that.

(Sprade Rhaynes begins to climb the ladder but Gansoto Yisomiro steps back into the ring and knocks Sprade Rhaynes off the ladder on his back. Gansoto Yisomiro then does a standing moonsault to Sprade Rhaynes. Gansoto Yisomiro then begins to climb the ladder. Sprade Rhaynes recovers and puts his head in between Gansoto Yisomiro’s legs and powerbombs his to the canvas below.)

Donny Timberman: Wow! What a fall! That had to be a good 7 feet in the air right there!

(Sprade Rhaynes picks up Gansoto Yisomiro and sets him up for the End Of Rhaynes. He executes it and begins to climb the ladder once again. He reaches the top of the ladder and grabs the suitcase of money at the top.)

(DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING, DING!)

Donny Timberman: Sprade Rhaynes won! He got the money! Wait a minute what is he doing? He’s won the match but he is getting Gansoto off the canvas.

(Sprade Rhaynes beats Gansoto Yisomiro all the way to the entrance ramp. Sprade Rhaynes picks Gansoto Yisomiro and gets him set up for the End Of Rhaynes. Gansoto counters and shoves Sprade Rhaynes off of the entrance stage 15 feet below to a table. The crowd goes crazy.)

Donny Timberman: Oh my god! That’s crazy! Sprade Rhaynes just fell a good 15 feet to a table below off the stage! What’s gonna happen this Friday night at FNL? Is Sprade OK? Oh my god I think he is seriously hurt from that fall! Get EMT’s out here!

The camera’s fade away as the show comes to a close.
