President and CEO: Jonathan Vaughn

Jonathan Vaughn always wanted to be a wrestler. His uncle was a legend in the business. All through high school, Jonathan would train with his uncle. It was obvious to everyone except Jonathan that he wasn't cut out for the business. He was un-coordinated, clumsy, and as skinny as a rail. Finally, Jonathan's uncle sat him down and told him that he would never make it in the wrestling business. That shattered Jonathan's dream, and he began to throw himself into his school work.

Jonathan became the smartest kid at John F. Kennedy high school in Boston, and graduated validictorian. He finished just ahead of his best friend, Eugene Rosenkrantz. Jonathan went on to MIT and quickly became wrapped up in his studies. After college, Jonathan got involved in a business idea, with a young man from the University of Indiana, named Mark. The company was Broadcast.com and eventually Jonathan sold his stock, making him an instant millionaire.

Jonathan has been a day trader ever since. His love for day trading, turned Jonathan on to gambling. He was known to lose a million dollars on one hand of black jack. He became an avid gambler, learning and mastering the game of poker. Jonathan saw an opportunity to be the owner of his own wrestling federation, and pounced on it. He is finally living his dream.....although not quite the way he invisioned it.

Vice President: Eugene Rosenkrantz

Eugene Rosenkrantz was born in New York, New York to Jewish immigrants from the fallout of Nazi Germany. At age 14, the Rosenkrantz family moved from New York to Boston in search of better business opportunities for his father, who worked as a butcher. Young Eugene and his father would frequent the wrestling matches at Madison Square Garden in New York and later in the Boston Garden, watching such superstars of old as Bruno Sammartino, Ivan Koloff, Don Leo Jonathan, Flying Fred Curry, “The Big Cat” Ernie Ladd, and “Superstar” Billy Graham.

It was in Boston, at John F. Kennedy High School where Eugene met Jonathan Vaughn. Upon graduation as saludatorian to Vaughn from JFK, Eugene enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as part of the aerospace engineering program. Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a PhD from MIT in Space Aeronautics, with several published articles in leading aeronautic journals, Eugene hoped and dreamed for a job at NASA, which came true in 1984. His dreams were cut short in 1985 due to budget cuts, after the Space Shuttle Challenger exploded just after liftoff. After several years at Boeing, Eugene returned to NASA in 2000, but once again, his department was cut from the program, and although they were not directly responsible for the 2003 shuttle crash in Texas, he was released for ’financial reasons.’

Down on his luck and needing work, Eugene was at the end of his rope when his high school and college buddy Jonathan Vaughn gave him a call to work as Vice President of his newest business venture, the TWF. Eugene is second in command at TWF, bringing a lifelong love of the sport, and the many intricacies of successful storylines studied from many lonely nights in front of the VCR watching interview and match tapes.

Event Staff

Head Interviewer: Rebecca Winters
Rebecca got her start as a local weather girl. She's a natural in front of the camera. Her stunning looks and her intelligent demeanor go a long way towards dispelling the myth that women in wrestling are only for eye candy. She was recently promoted to head interviewer when Duncan Carter took over the play-by-play duties for the retired Nick Page.

Interviewer: Jeff Johnson
Jeff joins the TWF from his old job as a reporter for a local television station in Ann Arbor. He's a quick study, so the transition from news reporter to wrestling interviewer should be an easy one to make.

Main Event Referee: Carl Everton
Carl has the most seniority on the referee staff, and thus gets scheduled to officiate all the big matches. His no nonsense approach has made him quite the fan favorite, as he doesn't take any grief from wrestlers who try to bend the rules.

Referee: Lee Conrad
Lee is controversial. If there's a screw job taking place, he's usually involved. He's very jealous of Everton's success and often takes shortcuts, such as playing favorites, in order to boost his reputation. If you get stuck with him as a referee, it's best to demand a rematch.

Referee: Luis Mendez
Luis is a bright, up and coming referee with loads of potential. When Everton decides to hang up the stripes, expect Luis to become head referee. Although only involved in the sport for a short time, his knowledge of the rules is second to none.

Ring Announcer: Irv Coyner
For many months, Irv was the faceless man that called the intro's for most of the TWF's amazing matches. His enthusiasm always transpires throughout the crowd. Irv is to the TWF much like American is to apple pie.

Ring Announcer: Suzanne Lee
A wrestling import from South Korea with as much dazzle and charm as she has wrestling experience. This young lady is the daughter of Korean wrestling legend, Takso Minuka. She graduated with a business degree but was brought into the TWF fold when Raven heard about the way that the fans responded to her when she announced wrestling matches part time in South Korea.

Head of Arena Security: Now Hiring
Looking for a physically imposing individual(s) with prior experience in the wrestling industry and/or security.

Sunday Night Rising Play by Play Commentator: Duncan Carter
Duncan Carter has all the essential tools to be a great play-by-play man. He has some very big shoes to fill, as Nick Page has retired. Duncan is up for the challenge. His knowledge of the business and his professionalism, makes him the right man for the job. Duncan made quite a name for himself as the head interviewer for the TWF over the past year. His show, Titan Talk, received rave reviews. Duncan hopes that his commentator work will live up to the standard that has been set.

Sunday Night Rising Color Commentator: "Innovator" Jarred Riggs
Riggs is a smartass. He is just the kind of man that Jonathan Vaughn would want in this position. Riggs is a former wrestler who wrestled in the EWA. Jarred's career was cut short due to a serious knee injury. Following his knee surgery, Jarred tried a comeback. His hopes were dashed when his knee gave out and he collapsed while trying to deliver a cross powerbomb. Since then, Jarred has been commentating and loving every minute of it.
