After that, O'Neil and Graves started going at it until Skyy came out of nowhere and leveled both men with a Springboard Double Dropkick. Graves went for the Grave-Driver but Sean O'Neil was one step ahead of him and nailed a massive Clothesline. Skyy then grabbed O'Neil and tossed him to the outside. Elite Division Title Tournament Match - First Round
Sean Cordova vs. Maxx Lavaro
-This was not the first time these two individuals have went up against eachother and it will certainly not be the last. This match was quite a good one. Cordova took it to Lavaro hard but during the middle of the match, Lavaro had Cordova exactly how he wanted him. He beat him senseless for many minutes with the fans getting on the side of Cordova. The finish came when Lavaro went up top and missed a Swanton Bomb. As soon as he got up, Cordova nailed the Cosmic Blackout for the 3 Count to advance.
Winner: Sean Cordova via Cosmic Blackout
Elite Division Title Tournament Match - First Round
Ricky Roberts vs. Sin vs. Flea
-This was also quite a good one. Roberts and Flea worked together for the entire match trying to get Sin down for the count but Sin wasn't having it. He knew walking in that it would be a challenge to take on both at the same time but he eventually got Flea in the ring alone. Roberts came through, though, and planted him down with the Rocket Assault to advance.
Winner: Ricky Roberts via Rocket Assault
Elite Division Title Tournament Match - Semi Round
Mongoose vs. Jason Skyy
-Skyy went for the legs early in the beginning but never succeeded in applying a Submission Hold. However, only thing on Mongoose's agenda was nailing his finisher, Flight 180, but he also didn't succeed. In the end, Mongoose finally got Skyy up on his shoulders for the Flight 180 but Skyy slid off his back and seemed as if he was going to roll him up for a pin but outsmarted Mongoose and turned him over with the his new Submission Hold that he calls Forceable Agony for the submission win.
Winner: Jason Skyy via Forceable Agony
Elite Division Title Tournament Match - Semi Round
Sean Cordova vs. Ricky Roberts
-These two had one thing on their minds and that was advancing to the Final Round. Roberts fought a hard match with Cordova but in the end it was Cordova taking the win with an Oklahoma Pin seconds after Roberts missed a Phoenix Splash.
Winner: Sean Cordova via Oklahoma Pin
Elite Division Title Tournament Match - Final Round
Jason Skyy vs. Sean Cordova
-The Final Match of the Elite Division Title Tournament came down to Skyy and Cordova. Skyy was a student of Cordova and both knew eachother's moves well. Skyy came out to the ring with his ribs taped up and jumped on the microphone claiming that he would do anything to win the Elite Division Title. However, during the match Cordova also had the same thing on his mind. He started working away on Skyy's hurt ribs. But somehow, Skyy got enough energy to go up top for his platinum Moonsault maneuver, which he calls Above the Rest, but missed! This gave Cordova enough time to take it to Skyy. The finish came when Cordova decided to show that he could also do the moonsault but was quickly lowblowed before he could make it to the top. Skyy then locked in his finisher, Skyyliner, and planted Cordova's face directly into the mat off the Turnbuckle for the 3 count to be the first ever Elite Division Champion!
Winner & FIRST Elite Champion: Jason Skyy via Skyyliner off the Turnbuckle
(After the match was over, Skyy stood over Cordova's motionless body and mocked him with the Elite Division Title. He then called out Maxx Lavaro, who faced Cordova in the First Round, and demanded him to hit the Straight Jacket on Cordova in which he did. Lavaro then held up Cordova and let Skyy nail him in the face with the Elite Division Title. At that moment, "Rocket" Ricky Roberts stormed out of the backstage and took out both Skyy and Lavaro. He got on the microphone and demanded a Tag-Team Match for the main event tonight. Skyy and Lavaro wasn't having it but the Commissioner, James Pittman, told them that they will be in the match or they will be fired from TWE.}
Tag-Team Match
Elite Youth (Cordova/Roberts) vs. Lavaro/Skyy
-This match started off fast and ended in least then 5 minutes. Roberts took it to Skyy in the ring while Cordova nailed Lavaro with the chair on the outside. Right when Cordova was finished with Lavaro, Roberts was finishing off Skyy with the Rocket Assault for the pin!
Winner: Elite Youth via Rocket Assault on Skyy
{After the match, Maxx Lavaro challenged Sean Cordova to a TWE Title Match for Out for Retribution 2 on February 13th, 2004!}
