TWE Out for Retribution 2
Date: February 13th, 2004
{The event started off with the TEW Comissioner, James Pittman, welcoming everyone to TEW Out for Retribution 2. Before he could call out the challengers of the first match, he was interupted by Doc Holladay. He came out and started to bad talk his opponent for later on, Mongoose, and demaned that Mongoose to come out now for the match. Seconds later, Mongoose ran out and started brawling with Holladay until wrestlers from the backstage had to come out and hold eachother back.}
Richard Graves vs. Sean O'Neil - Guest Referee: Ultimo Astro
~This was a good solid opening match for the night. These two superstars both trained with eachother and knows eachother well. The reasoning behind Ultimo guest refereeing is a mystery but I'm sure he has his reasons other than alcohol being involved. The match ended when Sean O'Neil rolled up Graves and put his feet on the ropes for leverage. Luckily for O'Neil, Ultimo didn't see him cheating.
Winner: Sean O'Neil via Roll-Up w/ Leverage
{"SGW" Andrew Dalton comes out and starts to talk about "Superstar" Dave Dynamo and how he won the #1 Contendership at TEW Texas Elite in January. He welcomes out Eric Morgan, who is making his TEW Debut.
Morgan grabbed up an innocent girl from the crowd. Comes to find out the girl is Dave Dynamo's girlfriend. Which leads to Dynamo running out from the backstage. Dalton demands a #1 Contendership Match from Dynamo or he will PILEDRIVE his girlfriend, Krista. He agrees to the match and Dalton let Krista free.}
Tag-Team Championship Turmoil Match
Richard Graves/Flea vs. Project 666 vs. World of Madness vs. El Drunken Starz
-The match started off with Graves/Flea against Hell's own, Project 666. They wrestle for a good 6 minutes until Graves caught Magik in his finishing move, Grave-Driver for the 3 count. That led into World of Madness, Fantana & Bruiser, coming out. World of Madness had the advantage on Graves/Flea due to being fresh. The end came for the team of Graves/Flea when Flea went for his Organ Doner but was reversed and pinned by Fantana. El Drunken Starz came out and ready to win the titles. However, it didn't go there way. Bruiser chokeslammed Fantastico down to the mat viciously while Fantana dropkicked Bizarro out of the ring. Fantana put his foot on Fantastico's chest and gained the pin. World of Madness are the First Ever TEW Tag-Team Champions!
Winner & FIRST TEW Tag-Team Champions: World of Madness via Chokeslam by Bruiser to Fantastico
No DQ Match
Mongoose vs. Doc Holladay
-They start the match with quality wrestling. With each of them getting in Hip Tosses, Arm Drags & Body Slames in. Didn't take long, though, until weapons got involved. Mongoose got his trusty ol' Kendo Stick and gave Holladay a lashing in the back. They then made it outside to the floor and fought. Mongoose threw him into the wall on the other side of the ring. Mongoose came back into the ring and set up a table in the corner. He then hits a Head & Neck Belly-to-Belly Suplex into the table! Followed by the Flight 180 for the win. After the match, Maverick came out and attacked Mongoose. Hollday and Maverick began to take Mongoose out but didn't finish with him until Maverick Powerbombed him down to the mat hard. The commissioner made it clear that at Texas Face-Off 2 it will be a Tag-Team Match with Maverick/Holladay against Mongoose & A Partner of his choosing.
Winner: Mongoose via Flight 180
Elite Championship Match
Jason Skyy (c) vs. Joey Titan
-Skyy made an open challenge which lead to Titan making his TEW Debut! The match started off with a basic tie-up and wrestling. Titan began to get offense in but before he could take Skyy out, Skyy left the ring for a breather. When he got back in the ring he started to take control over Titan but not for long. Titan caught him in a Body Press and hit 2 Back Breakers and a Huge Front Slam. The end came when Titan set up for the Superkick but Eric Morgan came out and grabbed Titan's leg. Titan turned around to throw a swing at Morgan, when he turned back around he was struck in the face with the Elite Title. The ref was busy occupied on Morgan and counted the 3 count.
Winner & Still Elite Champion: Jason Skyy w/ interference by Eric Morgan and a Title Shot by Skyy to Titan
#1 Contendership Match - TEW Title
"SGW" Andrew Dalton vs. "Superstar" Dave Dynamo
-After what happened eariler in the evening, Dynamo was ready for Dalton. The match started off rather quickly with Dynamo getting a lot of offense in. Dalton, however, eventually gained control over Dynamo and started working on his left leg. He was merciless on the leg and made it clear that he was going to break it. After a few moments, Dynamo got his second wind and started taking it to Dalton with several pins and quick moves but none got the 3 count he wanted. He started to look like he was going to win but forgot about his damaged leg, however, Dalton didn't. He chopblocked it and locked in the Figure Four. Dalton got frustrated with Dynamo for not tapping out and got out of the move. He thought he had Dynamo down and out but that wasn't the case. Dynamo started firing up on Dalton and went for his finishing move but was pushed into the Referee who ws knocked out. Eric Morgan came out with Krista in his hands and distracted Dynamo enough time for Dalton to grab a chair. He struck Dynamo in the head with the steel chair for the pinfall.
Winner: "SGW" Andrew Dalton via Chairshot
TEW Championship Match
"Supernova" Sean Cordova (c) vs. Maxx Lavaro
-Of course this wasn't the first time these two have fought eachother. They have fought in good matches many times in the past and this was certainly no different. The match started off at a fast pace with Cordova greeting Lavaro with the Mat after nailing several moves. However, Lavaro turned the tables and slammed him down face first then nailed a Back Suplex that had Cordova landing on his skull. He began to work on Cordova and take his neck and legs out. He locked in a chinlock and wreched back. The referee checked Cordova's arm and made it to the 2 before Cordova began to get a second wind. He tried to escape but was driven down to the mat with a hairdrag. Seconds later, Lavaro wreched in another chinlock. Cordova got out of that one and gave him 2 Clotheslines and a Calf Kick. Cordova went for the Cosmic Blackout but was reversed into the Straight Jacket. However, after wrestling so many times, Cordova slid over Lavaro's shoulder but Lavaro put out his leg and lowblowed Cordova. Lavaro went up top and missed a Swanton Bomb. Cordova saw an opening and went up top and did a Moonsault but Lavaro moved at the last second. They were both out. At the 7 count, Cordova blocked Lavaro's punches and started firing away. He went for a whip but Lavaro reversed and picked him up for Maximum Force but was countered into the Cosmic Blackout for the 3 Count.
Winner & Still TEW Champion: "Supernova" Sean Cordova via Cosmic Blackout
(After the match was over, Cordova stood strong with the title. You could tell he was tired from the match. The new #1 Contender, Andrew Dalton, made his way into the ring and made it clear that he would win the TEW Title in March at Texas Face-Off 2. He then went for a punch but Cordova blocked and gave him a right to the jaw. Dalton bailed out of the ring and left Cordova standing.}
