Carnage starts with Drako’s Corner. Grunge comes to the ring with a black bag over his shoulder. Drako begins to tell Grunge how he will never get another title shot because he’s worthless and a loser. As Drako tells the fans to shut up he introduces his surprise to Grunge. Grunge’s old flame, Chastity walks to the ring in her tradition leather outfit and stands next to Drako. Drako tells everyone that he is not only a better champion than Grunge but he’s also a better lover. Grunge then tells Drako that he knew he was going to bring Chastity out and that the only reason Chastity said yes was so she could be with me. Drako looks at Chastity but then she nails Drako with a low blow which knocks Drako to the canvas. As the fans cheer, Grunge says that he has a surprise for Drako too. He pulls out the old EBW title from the black bag and shoves it in Drako’s face. He says that he was the real winner last week in the triple threat match and he is the real champion. Grunge said he will carry the title everywhere he goes until he faces Drako one on one so he can prove he is the better man and he will win the tournament to do this. Grunge leaves with Chastity holding the EBW title high in the air as the fans cheer him to the back, leaving Drako still on the canvas holding himself
Liana Lewis takes on three unknown opponents in the first match. General manager Greg Banks comes out to join the commentary team before the match starts. Liana takes on Shane Balance, Trent Jordan & Johnny Jobber in a handicap match. Liana is impressive and takes the win after delivering Liana’s Flow to Jordan and pins him to win the match. However, Liana is holding her knee and seems to be in extreme pain. Road agents help her backstage
Jessica White interviews Collision Course members Duane Doogan and Brandon Gateman along with Michelle. Doogan says he respects Gateman but tonight is the beginning of the road to the SIW Championship and unfortunately he has to beat up his friend in the first round just like Gateman assault him last week. Gateman tells Doogan that it was a mistake hitting him with a chair last week but he can hold a grudge if he wants. Gateman tells Doogan he will have to kill him to defeat him tonight

The SIW Lightweight Championship is on the line in the next triple threat match involving Asylum, Michelle and the champion Gabriel Cervantes. Asylum and Cervantes double team Michelle and double clothesline her out of the ring and she hits her head in the security wall. Gateman tends to his fiancé on the outside as the match continues in the ring. Asylum delivers a flying body press off the top rope and knocks Cervantes out of the ring and he lands on Gateman and Michelle. Gateman strikes Cervantes with several lefts and rights and throws him back in the ring but the referee calls the match a disqualification. After the match, Gateman carries Michelle to the back but Asylum doesn’t accept the loss and assault Cervantes after the match until security comes out to break up the chaos in the ring
Brawl For All - For SIW fans that missed Monday Night Brawl this week
Mike “The Mic” announces that Liana Lewis has suffered a severe knee injury and will be out of action indefinitely. Liana may require surgery to fix the injury
Natedawg cuts a promo before his match with Jessica White and says that Ragin’ Craig has been lucky the last two weeks. The “Street Soldier” says tonight on Carnage he’s taking his shit back, which includes the Extreme title and the money in the bank briefcase. Out of nowhere, Natedawg is attacked by Ragin’ Craig and the match starts backstage. Craig whips him into a Carnage sign and then delivers a suplex on the concrete ground. Craig covers but Natedawg kicks out. Craig picks up his opponent and sends him head first into a metal crate and busts him wide open. Craig takes a folded steel chair and aims at Nate’s head but he moves and Craig hits the wall. Nate punches Craig in his nose and takes the chair and nails Craig’s skull several times until he falls to the ground. Natedawg covers but Craig kicks out at the last second. They take the match all the way to the parking lot where they both fall off a railing and thru the windshield of a car. The match is called a no contest as both competitors receive medical attention
Banks is giving orders to staff members backstage and he’s confronted by Asylum who asks for a rematch against Gabriel Cervantes for the SIW Lightweight Championship, Banks says he will give him a last chance to take the title from Cervantes next week when Carnage invades Sheffield, England. Banks also announces that Natedawg and Ragin' Craig will settle their differences in a ladder match with everything on the line
The Trevortron airs footage of the SIW UK Tour 2007. Brawl invades London on April 23 and Carnage will entertain the fans of Sheffield on April 27. The Full Force pay per view will be held in Manchester on April 29
SIW North American champion Sonny Smith always a fan favorite takes on Scott Bastion in the first tournament match. Bastion gets many near falls on the champion but Sonny gets back in the match and takes the win via submission applying the loc Jaw on his opponent in the middle of the ring. After the match, Sonny drops a bombshell on the SIW fans as he announces that since he’s in the UK next week, Brawl GM Titan and Carnage GM Banks agreed to let he be the guest referee at Full Force when his old partner, the Heavyweight champion Maurice Bad takes on the challenger and Sonny’s good friend Chris Macavedi. Will Smith call the match down the middle as two of his good friends battle for the biggest title on Brawl?
Greg Banks enters the dressing room of the SIW Tag Team champions Grunge and Darren Knight. Banks informs them that their tag team titles will be on the line next Sunday at Full Force in a Carnage complementary match. It will be Grunge & Darren defending against the team of Natedawg & Asylum and Ragin’ Craig and Cervantes
One half of the SIW Tag Team Champions Darren “Direct Hit” Knight takes on Metalgod in the second first round tournament match of the night. The hardcore legend Metalgod covers early after delivering a power bomb off the top rope but Knight kicks out to stay in the match. The fans are on their feet as Knight starts to dominate after taking a sever beating at the hands of Metalgod and get the win via pin fall after delivering the Direct Hit. Darren who is one of Carnage’s brightest stars advances to the second round

April 21, 2005 Taco Bell Arena| Boise, Idaho – Angel & Matt Uzi defeated Glenn Kirby & Zach Blain
Angel gets a mixed crowd reaction as he takes on one half of the SIW Tag team champions and self proclaimed EBW champion Grunge in the next tournament match. Angel who takes pride at the fact he single handedly destroyed EBW immediately attacks Grunge as the bell rings. Angel kicks him down in the corner and then charges him with a knee to his face. From the back comes out SIW Champion Drako who watches the match on the entrance ramp. Grunge gets back in the match with a kick to Angel’s face and delivers a sit down power bomb to cover but Angel kicks out. Angel whips Grunge into the corner and crushes the referee in the process. Angel locks on the Judgment Sharpshooter and Grunge is tapping out but the ref is still out. Drako quickly slides in the ring and levels Angel with the SIW Championship knocking him out cold. Drako places Grunge on Angel and slides the referee over who makes the three count
After the match, Drako and Grunge get into a fist fight which brings out Darren Knight. The fans are surprised when Grunge pushes his own partner aside and keeps fighting. Knight pushes Grunge back and all of a sudden all hell breaks looses in the ring. Security comes out to break up the triple threat brawl between Knight, Grunge & Drako
Grunge and Knight could meet in the tournament finals but the next tournament match involves both members of Collision Course, Brandon Gateman and Duane Doogan. In recent weeks they have been going their separate ways and tonight they will find out just who is hungrier to become SIW Champion. Doogan and Gateman shake hands before the match starts and as soon as the bell rings they put their friendship aside. Michelle seems uncomfortable with her team fighting. Gateman viciously whips Doogan in the corner and nails him with a corner clothesline and does it again at the other corner. Gateman goes for the BKO but Doogan pushes him into the turnbuckles and then delivers a running bulldog. Gataman is down and Doogan covers but Gateman kicks out at two. Theykeep battling back and forth and deliver a memorable match but in the end it’s Doogan who gets the huge win after delivering the DooganDT and covers his partne. At the end of the match, Michelle gets in between the two competitors and they end up shaking hands as the show comes to an end
