The road to Fully Loaded is showing no effect on Heidenreich.
Half way between the match between Raven and Jamie Noble, Raven left the arena for reasons unknown. Just following, Heidenreich appeared in the ring and attacked Noble with a rolled up newspaper. Noble fired back, and eventually hit a 450 Spin on Heidenreich. The Undisputed Champion, Triple H, eventually showed up. However, Heidenreich was more than revived, and smashed The Game into one of the Titantron TV monitors.
Later on in the show, Triple H came out to say a few words, but was immediately interuppted by Heidenreich. Heidenreich told Triple H his "ass is grass" at Fully Loaded, then assaulted him with a microphone. Carlito Caribbean Cool tried to break things up, only to receive a pedigree from Triple H.
Towards the end of the show, of an unknown reason, Chris Jericho called Edge to the ring and presented him with the then-vacant United States Championship.
