The Seduction

Does Chris know I want him and giving me my name plate back was his way of saying fuck off? It didn't look like he knew much of anything except that I talked with a huskier voice than usual, which is a good thing. He is falling for every bait I lay out for him. Not that this is just a game, but I wanna make damn sure he gets so caught up in me that he can't get out. Still, I think I need to up the stakes a bit, so to say. Maybe the problem has been that I don't *show* him how much I want him, physically, I mean. I can solve that as soon as our match starts, I know I can.

He looks a little lost when he climbs in the ring, and I just have to approach him, but I don't want to look desperate on national television. So with my best 'I can't stand you' look, I meet him, stopping just two inches from him. I know he can feel the heat coming off of me, because he stalls a minute.

The moments of silence that follows seems like an eternity to me, and I can tell he is trying to read me, trying to figure it out. Fuck, why don't I just help him out? "I want you" are the words I mouth to him, and I see a dumbstruck look on his face just as I walk away to start pounding Buh-Buh Ray.

I gotta tell you, it's hard as hell not to get my ass kicked in this match. I can't even see, hear, think, or breath anything but Chris. I watch him out there, and I can't help but notice he's doing an even worse job of winning this than I am.

Jesus, what the fuck have I gotten us into?

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

I hurt like hell. Every bone, muscle and fiber of my being feels like it went straight through concrete. But we won... we pulled it off. Not only did we win, I think I finally got through to him. I think he finally understands why I have been doing this all along.

I wanted him to know how much I wanted him. All I had planned to do was place it over his shoulder and leave. All I had planned to do was let him know that there was no mistake about my intensions.

I don't know what possessed me to circle behind him. To trail my fingers lightly from his shoulder along his back. Tell him to meet me in my room later. When I placed the belt across his shoulder, I saw something in his eyes. I don't know what it was exactly, but there was something entirely different in them.

Confusion? Understanding? Wanting?

I don't know. All I can do now is wait for the knock on my door. I know he will come, too. I know him well enough to know he *cannot* resist a challenge.

I have no idea what the hell I am going to do if he tells me to go to hell. Somehow I don't believe he will. I could feel it when I touched him, see it when I looked down at him from the top of the ramp.

I just hope I'm right.
