First, you need download a font, a good place to get fonts is www.dafont.com. Once you've done that, save the font to documents.

As you see in the sreen shot above, click the start button in the bottom-left hand corner. Now go to settings>>control panel.

Now click fonts.

Then Install new font. Install it then use it in photoshop.
