On his way to the ring at this time, weighing in at 191 pounds, from North Carolina, The Hurricane!!!{crowd cheers} [::The Hurricane comes down to the ring as his music blazes over the PA system. He runs to the ring with his cape flowing behind him. Once in the ring he grabs the microphone from Lillian::] [::The Hurricane::] It seems that tonight the Hurricane must face a great challenge. Tonight the Hurricane must thwart off that evil rainbow hair boy Jeff Hardy to protect the Cruiserweight Title. Whats up wit dat?!?! In the name of all that is good and right in this world I, the Hurricane, will take down the nasty villain to bring justice to that belt! [::Jeff Hardy's music then hits as The Hurricane throws his cape behind him and gives the Microphone to Lillian Garcia::] [::Lilian Garcia::] and his opponent, weighing in at 212 pounds, from Cameron, North Carolina accompanied by Trish Stratus, Jeff Hardy!!! {crowd cheers} [::Jeff walk to the ring and does his taunt from the second rope once he gets there. Jeff and The Hurrican stare each other down. Charles Robinson is the referee for this contest. Jeff hardy starts by going behind the Hurricane and putting him in a waistlock. The Hurricane runs to the ropes, grabs them, and Jeff rolls backwards back onto his feet. The Hurricane goes for a clothesline, misses, and cathces a front dropkick from Jeff Hardy::] [::Jim Ross::]Looks like the Hurricane may have made a mistake here in the early going of this matchup! [::Jeff goes for a flipping senton splash but misses. The Hurricane picks him up and hits a snap suplex. The Hurricane hits a big elbow drop on a prone Jeff Hardy. He picks Jeff up about halfway until Jeff hits the split legged jawbreaker on the Hurricane. The Hurricane falls down and rolls to the outside of the ring. He stands up on the outside as Jeff Hardy runs the ropes. Jeff dives over the top rope onto The Hurricane and hits him with a twisting sumersault plancha::] [::Jerry "The King" Lawler::] Jeff hardy taking an insane risk here. This kid is crazy!!! [::Jeff and The Hurricane are both sprawled out on the outside mat. The Hurricane is the first one up and he rolls back into the ring. Jeff Hardy gets in the ring only to be stomped in the head by the Hurricane. The Hurricane continues his assault until Jeff grabs his leg, pulls him down, and begins to punch him numerous times. Jeff grabs the Hurrincanes head adn throws him into the corner. Jeff sets the Hurricane up on the top rope as he clims to the second one. He seems to be going for a big superplex but The Hurricane puches Jeff in the stomach. Jeff bends over and falls off the turnbuckle. The Hurricane then hits a leg drop from the top rope on the fallen Jeff Hardy. He make the cover 1...2...Jeff kicks out::] [::Jim Ross::]Jeff Hardy just barely got his shoulder up for that one King! [::Jerry "The King" Lawler::]Jeff Hardy is out. He better mount a comeback quick or else it is over for him! [::The Hurricane picks Jeff up and goes for another suplex but Jeff reverses it and goes behind the Hurricane. He runs back to the ropes and goes for an elbow smash but misses. The Huricane goes behind him and grabs his neck in a revers chinlock. He hits the Eye of the Hurricane and goes for the cover 1...2...3!!::] [::Jim Ross::]Well Jeff Hardy put up a good fight but in the end we saw that this was just the Hurricane's night here on Nitro. Jeff Hardy will be back to fight another day I assure you of that though! [::Lillian Garcia::](The Hurricane's music hits as the crowd gives him a mixed reaction)The winner of this match, The Hurricane!!!
[::The camera goes backstage to the owner Ric Flair's lockeroom as he is speaking with the vice prezident the Rock. They are talking about how the night is going so far when all of a sudden Test comes in their room. Test looks at Flair as if they know something no one else knows::] [::Test::] Hey Flair, abotu my match tonight I was wondering about our little deal we made earlier. Remember what you told me about...well, you know...is it still gonna happen? [::Ric Flair::] Test did I say it was gonna happen!! whoooo!! Yes I did!! And my word is my bond Test...so dont worry pal....We have it all covered... [::Test::] Yesss!! I knew you would come threw for me Mr. Flair! Thank you so much!! You dont know how thankful I really am!! [::Rock::] Hey Jabroni this isnt time for kissin ass so get your candy ass out of our Locker Room...pal... [::Test looks at the Rock with stern eyes and hastily turns around and leaves. The Rock looks back at Flair with suspicion as if he has no idea what is going on. Flair just smiles back at him::] [::Jim Ross::] What the hell are Test and our boss Flair talking about. Are they in cahoots or something? I dont think the Rock has a damn idea what is going on either!!
[::In the backstage area in front of the WCW symbol Michael is about to have an interview with HHH but Stone Cold Steve Austin walks up and starts to stare HHH down::] [::HHH::] Cant you see I am trying to conduct an interview here. Do you not have any manners? Do you have a death wish? Do you have something to say Austin??? [::Austin::] Well actually I just came here to remind you of the high probability of you and me being in the finals of this little tounament here. Now I dont like you and you dont like me, and there is nothing more I would like to do than kick your ass...but I respect you Triple H which is why I came here to tell you good luck... [::Austin stares at HHH one more time then turns around and starts to leave. Before he can HHH speaks again::] [::HHH::] yeah ummm...good luck to you too...cuz I want to kick your ass also!! [::Austin smiles and walks away. Michael Cole looks at HHH but HHH just shoves him aside and leaves also. The camera fades to commercial. When the show comes back the next match begins::]
[::Lilian Garcia::]This match is a match for the WCW World Title Tournament. On his way to the ring at this time, weighing in at 235 pounds, from Battle Creek, Michigan, Rob Van Dam!!!{crowd cheers loudly and chants RVD} [::RVD walks down the ramp calm and collected. He steps in the ring and jumps around. He climbs the turnbuckle, points out his thumbs, and says "I am the Whole F'n Show." He jumps down and waits for his opponent. Triple H's music hits as he comes to the ring::] [::Lilian Garcia::]And his opponent, weighing in at 246 pounds, from Hartford, Conneticut, "The Game" Triple H!!!{crowd boos} [::Triple H comes out to the ramp, takes a sip of water, and sprays it int the air. He walks to the ring with a sledhammer in hand and a look of anger on his face. He is focused and ready. 
He get in the ring and RVD immediatley goes after him. They lock up in a clor to elbow tie up. HHH gets the upper hand and forces RVD into a wristlock. RVD flips out of it and in the process flip HHH over with an arm screw. RVD holds on to the arm an leg drops it. He tries to go for an armbar submission but HHH pulls up and gets out. HHH begins to jab RVD in the face numerous times before throwing him to the rope and hitting him with a running clothesline. RVD is out and HHH steps back to the corner. He does the suck it hand gesture and runs in for the knee drop, but RVD moves and he misses. RVD stands up and climbs to the top rope. HHH gets up and catches a big flying sidekick to the face from RVD::] [::Jim Ross::] Big move from RVD after HHH made a costly error. If Rob Van Dam can capitolize he may have this one under control. [::HHH lays on the ground close to the rope and RVD sees a chance. RVD runs back rolss off the rope, jump up, and hits the rolling thunder on HHH. RVD goes for the cover 1...2. Only a two count. RVD picks HHH up and throws him ouside the ring. RVD goes to the outside apron and hits a fliying cross body on a standing HHH. He goes for the pin, but forgets that this is not a hardcore match. HHH pshes him off and stands up. RVD hit his sternum hard so he is bent over. HHH picks him up, puts him in a front face lock, and front suplexes him sternum first onto the guard rail. RVD is stil hanging over it when HHH goes back, runs foward, and knees him right in the face. The ref is making the count and is on 6 so HHH picks up RVD and puts him back in the ring. He goes to pick up a chair and brings it in the ring. The ref starts to reprimand him for this but as Triple H is holding the chair RVD hits jumps up and hits the Vandamninator. As HHH lay prone on the mat RVD jump to the top turnbuckle to perform the 5 star frog spalsh. Just as he was about to leap Stone Cold Steve Austin comes out to the ring. RVD is distracted by Austin but in a few seconds he goes for the 5 star frog splash and HHH moves. Both men are down::] [::Jerry "The King" Lawler::] Why is Austin down here? I knew he and HHH were up to something when they wished each other luck earlier!! [::Austin goes grabs HHH's sledgehammer and slides it into the ring. Austin then climbs on the turnbuckle and distract the referee. As the referee is distracted HHH and RVD ge up. HHH grabs the sledgehammer and nails RVD in the head with it. Austin gt down and the ref turns around. HHH then picks RVD back up and hits the pedigree for extra punishment. He goes for the cover 1...2...3::] [::Jim Ross::]Oh my God!! Austin and HHH are working together and together thay have just screwed that kid Rob Van Dam. That kid had the match won but Austin came out and screwed him!! I cant believe it...RVD will not be happy when he realizes what happened!!! [::Lillian Garcia::](The HHH's music hits as the crowd boo's the roof off)The winner of this match, Triple H!!! 
Backstage Segment #2 [::After a short commercial break we see Ric Flair standing in front of the large WCW symbol backstage with a microphone in hand. He begins to speak::] [::Ric Flair::] Well I know alot of you are wondering What is the Nature Boy up to after seeing me in the back talking to Test. Well first of thats none of anyones buisness. I am the Owner of this company, I do what I want when I want. I am the damn owner of this fed and if I want to do something with Test well then so be it. But no one ever said it had anything to do with helping him out in any way. All I can tell you people is that tonight, still to come, there will be a big surprise. And when I say big I mean big!! And this surprise will be from me, the Jet Flyin, Limousine ridin, Kiss stealin, whellin and dealin son of a gun, Ric Flair!!! Whooooo!!!!! 
[::The camera fades out as the next match is ready to begin::]
[::Lilian Garcia::]This match is a match for the 1# Cotendership to the WCW World Title. On his way to the ring at this time, weighing in at 250 pounds, from Victoria, Texas, Stone Cold Steve Austin!!!{crowd gives him a mixed reaction} [::Asutin comes to the ring and rolls under the bottom rope. He climbs the turnbuckle and gives the fans his one finger salute  He climbs the other three turnbuckles and does the same thing. He comes down and gets in the ready position waiting for his opponent. Test music hits::] [::Lilian Garcia::] and his opponent, weighing in at 282 pounds, from Toronto, Canada, Test!!! {crowd boos} [::Test comes out to the middle of the runway where almost immediatley he is attacked by Austin. Austin hits him with a series of right hands across the side of the head and finally Test falls down. Austin picks him up and throws him over the guard rail. Austin hits him with an ax handle tto the back and Test falls falt on his stomach. Austin picks him up again and performs a verticle suplex on the hard cold concrete. Austin grabs Test and brings him about 10 ft up the stairs. Austin then grabs a beer from a fan, takes a sip, and throws the rest in Test face. Austin runs over to a ledge and stands up giving his salute to the fans. While Austin is wasy Test gets up and he goes over and pushes Austin off of the 10 ft high ledge::] [::Jim Ross::] Oh my!!! Austin may be broken in half...Austin cant withstand that kind of fall...his back is not made for that, no humans back is made for that kind of fall on concrete!! [::Test finally regains his full composure and he goes down and picks Austin up by the neck. He puts him on his shoulder and carries him back over the guard rail. He roll Austin into the ring and the bell sounds as he climbs in himself. Test mounts Austin and hits him with a flurry of lefts and rights. After all these punches Austin begins to bleed from his head. Test raises him up again but Austin cathces him with a puch to the stomach. Test bends over as Austin stands up and whips him to the rope. Austin runs off the rope and he cathces Test with a Lou Thez Press and begins to wail away on him. The fans go wild. While Test is laid out Austin hits two big elbows on him. test tries to get up but before he can Austin puts his Test's in between his thighs and signal a pildriver. Austin tries to pick him up but Test reverses and uses his back power to throw Austin over his head. Austin lands right on the small of his back which causes him great pain. While Austin is down and out Test drags him back to the outside. There Test grabs a chair and begins to flog the prone Austin many times in the back with it. Austin seems to be out so Test runs back in the ring a starts to taunt the fans, with his back turned to Austin::] [::Jerry "The King" Lawler::] Look at Test, he knows this one is almost over, he knows Austin cant take much more!! He has this one in the bag!! [::Austin gets back up though and sneaks behind Test. Test jumps down and Austin catches him with a quick stunner. 1...2... Out of no where a large figure runs through the crowd a grabs the referee and pulls him out of the ring while he is making the count. The camera turns on the figure only to reveal it is none other than the Big Red Machine Kane!!! Kane chokeslams the referee on the outside so he can not call for a disqualification. Austin goes over and starts to call Kane to get in the ring. Austin is startled when he is hit from behind with a chair by none other than Mankind, Cactus Jack, Dude Love himself....Mick Foley!! Foley tears into Austin, throwing him into the corner and hitting him with a flurry of punches, and then running at his head and hitting him with a knee to the face. Foley picks up Austin and holds him from the back. He calls for Test to go for a big boot. Test gets up in the opposite corner, slaps his leg, and runs in for the big boot. To his surprise Austin moves but it was too late, Test hit Foley with the boot to the face!!! Tripple H then runs out and starts to attack Kane. Austin hits another stunner on the starlted Test. He puts him in a pinning position and calls for a ref. Referee Tim White runs from the back and makes the count 1...2...3::] [::Jim Ross::] Austin has done it!!! Austin will be facing HHH in two weeks at New Blood...but was this Flair's suprise? What does Flair have in store for those two men? [::Lillian Garcia::](Austin's music hits as the crowd cheers)The winner of this match, Stone Cold Steve Austin!!! [::HHH gets into the ring and he and Austin start to go off on Kane, Foley, and Test. 
But before they can finish RVD comes out of no where and catches HHH with a spinning kick to the face. Austin goes after him but he is caught with a low blow from Test. All men but RVD are laid out. RVD gets a microphone and starts to walk back up the ramp::] [::RVD::] If thats how you all want to play fine...RVD can play that way also. You wanna go around screwing up each others matches...fine. But personally I think I was screwed. Actaully that is a fact. I should be going to that match at New Blood Rising. I was screwed and hell, maybe even Test was screwed. And I RVD will not stand for this s*** anymore. I am gonna walk into Flair's office and demand that something be done, even if I have to kick all of your asses to do it. So on Thunder I hope to see you b****** there. Bring all you have because RVD will be ready to take you down!! [::RVD's music hits as we see him leave the area. Austin and HHH are standing in one corner now, Test in another, and Foley and Kane in another. They all stare at each other as if they could explode any minute now. Just as soon as we see this the camera fades away and the WCW symbol flashes across the scene.::]
