DATELINE FLASH! - (TWW) In a move that has stunned the wrestling world, Whirl staffer Mogreasha has announced her plans to sue The Terror and his T.W.O. concern for "defamation of the character of Timouthey."

The Whirl is proud to have brought you this news before anyone else.

Following the surprise appearance of Timouthey at the latest T.W.O. televised entertainment programme, Mogreasha has issued a press release indicating her intention to "[B]ring legal proceedings against that Terror and his hateful T.W.O. concern for defaming the name and character of Timouthey."

The outline of the lawsuit which she plans to file indicate that "...the image of the honourable Timouthey has been besmirched by the T.W.O. employing an impersonator to appear on their televised show in the persona of Timouthey, when it really wasn't."

Mogreasha further indicates her plan to sue Terror for deceptive presentation, in that "he hoped to get a lot of real wrestling fans to watch his garbage by saying that he had Timouthey, when he really doesn't. He knew that the mere mention of Timouthey's name would give his outfit some class and some ratings, and that he may actually sell a few tickets. Well, I'm on to him, see."

Also included in the several page release, Mogreasha threatened her employer, The Wrestling Whirl, with possible legal action if we do not immediately "cease and desist from reporting that the impostor Timouthey was, in fact, Timouthey. That's yellow journalism at its lowest, and I won't take it."

We at The Whirl, of course, are interested in reporting only the facts, as always. So it must be said that when our reporter phoned Timouthey to ask if it had been an impostor who appeared on the T.W.O. show, Timouthey replied, "No," in his inimitable style. He didn't say anything else, so we just hung up.

Mogreasha was unavailable for comment.
