Kimona WanalayaKIMONA WANALAYA
Women's Champion
Oct. 5, 2005 - present

At Fall Battle Fields, the creation of the Women's division was announced, and in the weeks thereafter, Eric Bischoff held a tournament to determine the first Women's Champion. Kimona Wanalaya and Pamela Paulshock, after receiving first-round byes, were both victorious in their semifinal matches and met at Road To Perdition for the title. Adding intrigue to the match was the misunderstanding of sorts that had erupted into a full-scale war between Team SEC and the Natural Born Thrillers, as the Masked Men had unwittingly driven Shawn Stasiak out of action.

Both women were determined to hurt and embarrass the other, and they put on a hell of a match. Kimona had actually come out to the ring dressed as frequent tormentor The Undefeatable Chris Jericho, and wrestled the early part of the match in his style before buckling down and getting serious. It went back and forth until Pamela nearly got the win with the Paulshocker, but Kimona managed to escape and nail a Superkick for the win, becoming the first Women's Champion. She would prove to be a very tough champion to dethrone.
