Foods:
I’m starting to watch what I eat, how often I eat, and how late I eat. I stopped drinkin' sodas again. Besides my cotton candy lollipops, I don’t really have a sweet tooth. I don’t care for chocolate. I’m adding more healthy food to my diet, and slowly balancing that out with exercising. Not fitting into my clothes is getting very depressing.
Foods I love but I need to cut down on: Pizza, anything Fast food, fried chicken, rice, ice cream, well all my deserts (especially Aunty Patty’s baking). I'm love Italian food.
Fruits I love: Strawberries, mangos, grapes, oranges, bananas, pineapples, dried cranberries
Sodas: I haven't had soda in what seems like forever, but when I did drink them, it was all about the clear sodas. Sprite, 7UP and sierra mist. Colas are dirty, they’re brown. Hehehe.
