Rping Rules:

#1. only one Pp will be accepted on the last day
#2. 3 RP's max per card
#3. At least one RP must be posted by Friday the 19th at midnight.
#4. RP Deadline is Sat/Sun at midnight... however you want to look at it.

#5. Tag Teams RPing rules.... When the handlers ratio is 2:1, the Tag Team w/ Two handlers can do 4 RP's.  It's up to them to decide how the spread the RP's out.  If the Ratio is 2:2, everybody involved may RP the 3 RP Max.
