I'd say this is a pretty damn good opener. STart off with a bunch of holding and punching. Spinebuster and elbow by Austin. Chops in the corner by Steve. Whip to the ropes and a knee to the sternum by Austin. Punches and chops in the corner by Booker and a reverse elbow. Austin is down in the corner and he has the presence of mind to fix his knee brace. Out comes the NWO to attack Austin. Hall hits Austin with the wrench and mocks him. Austin is busted open and the NWO continues the attack. What a waste of what could have been a decent match between Booker and Austin. What a sloppy stunner by Hall. Now what was the reason for such a long beating? That was about a 10 minute beatdown, and for what reason again??? 2*

Ausitn is still in the ring after the break and refuses medical attention and walks out on his own will ala Stonecold vs Bret Hart at Summerslam.

Scotty & Albert vs Test & Perfect Test is soooooooo crap on a mic, please someone get him off!!!! Thank you, he is finally off it. Tazz kicks out of the corner and kicks the can into his face and locks on the Tazzmission and Goldust grabs the trash can lid and hits Tazz in the head and falls on Tazz for the win. DUD

RVD vs Storm
I wonder if Storm could carry RVD to a decent match? Just to let the RVD marks know, RVD is very sloppy. Spinning back kick and a plancha over the top by RVD, followed by some outside crap Leg drop by RVD, and a jawbreaker by Storm. Chops by Storm and a drop kick to the knee and Lance works the knee like a true mat technician. Storm continues working the knee. RVD tries the 5 star but Lance racks him and hits a superplex for a two count. Dragon screw leg whip into the maple leaf. Ross called in a leg waist takedown, whatever. Spin heel kick by RVD. RVD has trouble leaping up top and Lance tries another superplex but RVD hits a sunset flip. Top rope clothesline by Storm. Van Daminator without chair followed by 5 star frog splash for the 3 count. Not a terrible match but not they could have done better. 2*

Hall is gonna wrestle tonight. The three chose by rock, paper, scissors, now there's something original.

Hall vs LSD

Should be one hell of a match. Bring out the Dudleyz and let them 3D Scott Hall so he can kick out of their finisher. Good to see Hall in the ring again. Outsiders Edge for the 3. Not even a match worth rating. What was the purpose of this match anyway? To fill time? The NWO angle is getting boring already?

Wow a return for Marc Henry. They only brought him in because now he is the World's strongest Man. What if he didn't win would he have gotten his 15 seconds? When will we see him next? Tune in next week, same bat time, same bat channel!

Triple H vs Kurt Angle
So far there has been nothing higher than a 2* match and nothing to really build Wrestlemania except Hall and Austin so this match better make up for a pathetic Raw. Bunch of holding to start the match. Shoulder block by Triple H and some stare downs. Back body drop by HHH followed by a clothesline. Hey JR agrees the whole night has been lame. Ankle lock by Angle and HHH kicks him into the cage. Yawn this match is boring. Lots of stalling in this match. Clothesline by Kurt and Angle tries to escape very slowly but the Game catches him. Low blow by Angle. Overhead belly to belly by Angle followed by a second one. Rolling German suplexes by Angle. Kurt almost escapes through the door but wait a minute the suplexes had no effect on HHH and he RUNS to the door to catch him. High knee by Triple H followed by a Spinebuster and a knee buster by Triple H. There is his limited move set again, now all we are missing is the Pedigree. HHH tries to escape and Angle catches him and throws him back in. God there is a lot of stalling! Angle Slam and bother guys are down for some reason. Pedigree by HHH and the crowd finally wakes up. Out comes Steph covered in hives and attacks the ref and slams the door on HHH's head. HHH is busted open. Why does Triple H chew his gum even during a match? HHH being thrown into the cage repeatedly. Angle doesn't want to leave. Catapault by Triple H and Angle hits the cage. Steph throws in the chair and HHH gets it but Angle kicks him and they nail each other with a double clothesline. DDT to Angle on the chair. Steph with some pathetic chair shots to Triple H and Angle escapes for the win. And the point of this match was? 2*

Not even a 2* match on this episode of RAW. Is this supposed to be drawing ratings? No build up to Wrestlemania and it is only 13 days away.
