The show starts with Trevor Derickson and Queen Liana coming to ringside for Trevor’s face off against C-Mac and his legal team. Trevor doesn’t like the fact that he being threatened to reinstate C-Mac to Brawl. C-Mac challenges Trevor to a match at Unhallowed Desires to get his his job back but the CEO says he’s not a trained wrestler and backs down. Out of nowhere, Queen Liana surprises everyone and accepts the challenge. Trevor is shocked at first but then likes the idea of Liana fighting his battles and taunts C-Mac by telling him that he believes Queen Liana can defeat him in a match. Trevor announces that if C-Mac can defeat Queen Liana at Unhallowed Desires, he will be reinstated full time, but if he loses, he will never compete in a SIW ring ever again
The first match is a pink slip on a poll match between Maestro and Titan’s protégé Darksyde. The loser of the match is released from the SIW. The former asylum inmate Maestro delivers a power bomb early in the match and starts climbing the turnbuckles but he’s attacked by Darksyde and they both fall to the canvas. The rowdy Rochester fans start a “boring chant’ during the match and Darksyde takes the mic and tells them to shut up and kiss his ass. Maestro attacks him from behind and they battle on the outside. Maestro misses a flying knee as Darksyde moves out of the way and he nails the security wall. Maestro is down and screams in pain holding his knee. Darksyde delivers a knee breaker to makes things worse and wins the match as he reaches the pink slip on a poll. The fans start booing and Darksyde celebrates by himself in the ring
Jack Kent interviews Mysery and Raven Frost and claim that Forbidden Xtreme mostly Terror Soule that ruined the Outlaws with his jealousy. Mysery claims he was always the leader of the Outlaws but out of nowhere they are confronted by the world tag team champions Forbidden Xtreme. JD says there was no leaders in the Outlaws and tonight they will find out that Forbidden Xtreme carried the Outlaws when they beat them and those pathetic losers Mo and Jaffar. Soule and Mysery start pushing each other and then Frost and JD start shoving each other. Fortunately road agents were not far away and break up the chaos between the former friends

Pamela takes on Alize and Olivia in a triple threat diva match to earn a women’s title shot next week. Olivia delivers a drop kick to Pamela and then applies a chin lock until she’s knocked down by a kick to head from Alize. Pamela is whipped to the corner but Alize misses a corner splash as Pamela moves out of the way and then drops Alize with a DDT. Olivia levels Pamela with a clothesline and then goes for a cover but Pamela kicks out. Pamela and Olivia are hit with a double clothesline from Alize and she covers Olivia but the former women’s champion kicks out. Olivia elbows Alize off the top rope to the outside but out of nowhere Pamela nails her with a scissor kick and delivers a swinging neck breaker and pins her to win the title shot
Jack Kent is backstage with NuTz’s wife Shannen and says that he has not been himself lately. Last week he attacked his long time friend Tyler after he lost a match to JD Xtreme. Shannen announces that she has signed an SIW contract and will make her debut next week on Brawl. She did it to spend more time with her husband. Kent asks if NuTz arrived at the arena and Shannen says she hasn’t heard from him all day and she’s worried

Scott Chambers accompanied by Heaven Lee defends the SIW Hardcore championship against SIW veteran Grunge. The fans start booing when Grunge announces that the REAL women’s champion Xtina will be in his corner for one night only. Grunge nails Chambers with a cheap shot at the beginning of the match and then whips him to the outside. Xtina tells Heaven to back off as Grunge whips Chambers into the steel steps. Grunge hooks the leg for a cover but Chambers kicks out. Grunge sets up the hardcore champion on the Spanish table and then climbs on the apron. Grunge leaps off the apron but Chambers moves and Grunge goes through the Spanish table. Chambers covers but Xtina gets involved to break the count. Heaven attacks Xtina and a cat fight breaks out until they are ripped apart by security. Things get even more interesting as we see world tag team champion Terror Soule come out and joins the commentary team and expresses his interest in getting his hardcore title back. The match ends when Chambers trips Grunge with a drop toe hold and he bangs his face on the top of the security wall and chips a tooth. Chambers pins Grunge to win the match and retains the championship. After the match, Chambers tells Soule if he wants the title to “come and get it”. Soule slides in the ring and they exchange lefts and rights. Grunge is bleeding from his mouth and refuses medical attention. Grunge slides in the ring with a folded steel chair and nails both of them with chair shots to their skulls. Grunge stand above both of them holding up the hardcore championship, a title he has won 6 times in his career
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
Trevor Derickson calls Grunge, Chambers and Soule into his office and tells them that he has decided since they wall want to be hardcore, they will have a triple threat match at Unhallowed Desires for the most hardcore title in sports entertainment history. The match will be hyped as triple threat New York Alley Brawl. In order to win the match, you must stuff not one but both your opponents in the back of a trunk. This dangerous and risky match takes place outside of Madison Square Garden
Carnage preview. Greg Banks announced a four way elimination match between Johnny Ringo, Primetime, Sonny Smith and Darren Knight to determine a #1 contender for Natedawg’s SIW Championship at Unhallowed Desires. Assistant GM C.R. Roberts and Rikki Cook will team up to take on GM Greg Banks and Brandon Gateman in tag team action. This and much more next Friday on MTV

Kim Derickson Blair shows up with a surprise for Trevor and SIW Champion Duane Doogan
Cameras show a split screen of Bozzman on one side and Heavyweight champion JaeVeli on the other. They will have an Unhallowed Desires contract signing at the end of the night. Trevor assigned heavy security to surround the ring during the signing
The world tag team titles are on the line as Mo & Jaffar take on Mysery & Raven Frost and Forbidden Xtreme in a tag team tornado match. All six competitors lock up as the bell rings. Mysery and Soule who is not 100% take turns at beating each other. JD drops kicks Jaffar into the corner and levels him with a corner elbow. JD covers but Mo breaks the count. Frost hits Mo with a clothesline off the top rope and covers but Mo kicks out just before three. Soule delivers a superplex to Mysery and then calls for the Soule Fusion but from behind, Raven clips his knee and starts stomping it. JD executes a running bulldog to Frost and then climbs to the top rope for a moonsault but Mo pushes him back in the ring. Jaffar covers but JD kicks out. Mysery whips Soule in the corner and charges him but Soule responds with a kick to his face. Late in the match, Forbidden Xtreme are in control until Mysery and Frost send JD out of the ring with a double clothesline. Out of nowhere, we see NuTz appear from the crowd and snaps. He takes the ring bell and hits JD to the side of his head and busts him wide open. Back in the ring, Soule is sent out of the ring with a double clothesline by Mysery and Frost. Mo charges them but he is launched out of the ring. Frost drops Jaffar with a double arm DDT and Mysery executes the Deadmark and wins the match. NuTz may have ruined FX’s chances at retaining with his involvement. Mysery and Raven Frost are declared the new world tag team champions
After a short break, Katie and Jimmy inform everyone that JD Xtreme may have suffered a concussion after getting hit in the head with the ring bell. As of now, JD is receiving medical attention. More details will be available soon on the SIW website
Alize is backstage talking to Heaven Lee and Scott Chambers and apologizes for what happened between them the last few weeks. As she pets Lucy Fur, she blames Xtina for acting the way she did. Heaven tells Alize she has a bright future ahead of her and will get more chances. Heaven also tells her she is happy to be her friend
Jack Kent announces that there has been a conflict concerning the women's title match. Pamela takes on the women's champion next week but both Heaven Lee and Xtina claim to be champion. Kent announces that there will be a poll where the SIW fans will get to decided who Pamela will chalenge next week
The show ends with the Unhallowed Desires contract signing between the challenger Bozzman and the current Heavyweight champion JaeVeli. They both get a standing ovation as they make their way to the ring. Things heat up as they get into a stare down but security gets between them. They sit down and read over the contract and Bozz suggest that they add a stipulation to the match. Jae says the champion usually chooses the stipulation. Trevor tells them to sign the damn contract and they can choose a stipulation next week. After they sign their contracts, Trevor announces that they will both have a match next week and whoever can beat their opponents the quickest will get to choose the stipulation. Bozzman and JaeVeli stand up but before anything can happen, we see footage on the Trevortron of C-Mac and his goons kidnapping Queen Liana. Before they leave in their getaway car, C-Mac tells Trevor he is not going to see Mr.Brawl or the Queen until Unhallowed Desires
