Commisioner Steamboat will draw the second match of the Unholy Alliances tournament and Harry Harris will team up with New Jack(as shocking as it may sound) to face the Amish Connection. All this and more tonight.

Backstage:

We are in the Triple Threat lockeroom. Steve Corino is sitting in the background with an eye patch on as a result of his injuries from the I-Quit match with Jeff Jarrett. Shane Douglas appears to be bitching out Chris Candido.

Douglas:You failed last week. I WILL NOT TOLERATE FAILURE.

Candido:Well excuse me Mr "I lost the title to Sting cleanly"....

Douglas:IT WAS NOT CLEANLY. Savage stuck his nose where it did not belong.

Francine and Candido are yelling at each other back and forth but the camera cannot pick up most of it. now.

Corino:Excuse me but all three of you are bitching and quite frankly I am sick of it. I came to the Triple Threat to win titles not listen to three yap dogs bitch each other out. If this keeps up, I am flying solo.

Douglas stands and looks about ready to smack Corino for interrupting. But he sits down and looks focused.

Douglas:Okay heres whats down. Tonight we are going to show a little team unity. I am going to win the NAWA International title just for shits and giggles. The Triple Threat will return to its greatness when I get some gold around my waist. I will set an example of what the Triple Threat is all about.

The theme from the Godfather plays and out comes Tony Mamaluke. Mamaluke is wearing a suit and has his hair slicked back again. Mamaluke enters the ring and goes to remove his suit but Yang jumps him.

Chris Candido meanwhile comes down to ringside to scout his tag team partner at Unholy Alliances. Thats right. His tag team partner. If they win, Candido faces Mamaluke for an NAWA World Title shot. Yang goes up again and this time the Somersault Senton misses. Yang hits the canvas hard. Mamaluke needs to get on the offense and soon.

The referee is counting to ten and both men are up. Yang goes for a spin kick but Mamaluke rolls underneath. Mamaluke clotheslines Yang as Yang rebounds. Mamaluke now grabs Yang and Mamaluke whips him into the ropes. Yang ducks the head and Mamaluke sunset flips him. NO Yang hooks both legs. One, Two, Mamaluke rolls through with the sunset flip. One, Two, Kickout. Yang goes for a kick but Mamaluke smartly avoids it. Mamaluke drops Yang with a neckbreaker. Mamaluke now picks up Yang and snap suplex. Mamaluke hangs on. Mamaluke snap suplex Yang again. Mamaluke hangs on and drops Yang with a brainbuster. Candido heckles Mamaluke at ringside and when Mamaluke turns to Candido, Candido yells "Cover him you moron". Mamaluke does so. One, Two, Thr...shoulder up. A half a second too late to be sure. Mamaluke picks up Yang and Mamaluke whips him into the corner. Mamaluke with a huracarana. Mamaluke does go for the cover. He goes to the second rope and waits on Yang. Mamaluke dives off with a sunset flip but Yang hooks both legs and grabs the ropes for leverage. One, Two, Thr...the referee sees Yang using the ropes for leverage. Yang lets go to argue and Mamaluke rolls him up with the sunset flip. One, Two, Kickout. "The Armstrong Theme" is about done playing and Steve Armstrong is almost in the ring. Steve Armstrong gets a pretty good pop from the crowd but he might have an uphill battle against his opponent.

"Ready or Not" by the Fungees plays and out comes the NAWA television champion Scott Hall, with Sid Vicious. This is a defense of the NAWA television title. Hall struts down to ringside. Sid is wearing a leather jacket and jeans. Hall flicks the toothpick and converses with Sid.

Hall:I will take this match Sid. He is an Armstrong and there is NO chance he will win my title. No need to fake an injury....HEY GET THAT CAMERA OUT OF MY FACE CHICO.

NAWA Television Title: Steve Armstrong vs Scott Hall(c)

They lock up. Hall goes behind with a full nelson. Hall is really cranking the hold on. Armstrong gets to the ropes and Hall pats Armstrong on the head. Armstrong knocks Hall down with a punch. Armstrong picks up Hall and whips him into the ropes. Steve with a dropkick to Hall. Steve now climbs to the second rope and Steve with a double axhandle. Could we have an upset. One, Kickout. Steve picks up Hall and whips him into the ropes. Steve with a sunset flip to Hall. One, Kickout. Hall pops up and wipes out Steve with a clothesline. Hall picks up Steve and shoves him in the corner. Hall with a thrust to the throat. Hall with a thrust to the throat. Hall with a thrust to the throat. Hall grabs Steve and locks him in the abdominal stretch. Hall could get a submission out of this hold. Knowing the Armstrong curse, Steve could submit to an abdominal stretch. Sid has the referee distracted. C-U-R-S-E. Steve gets up and takes a swing at Sid. Mistake. Sid grabs Steve by the throat and shoves him backwards casually. Hall with a clothesline as Steve rises to his feet. Hall now picks up Steve and Hall puts Steve in a standing headscissors. Hall picks up Steve and drops him with the Razor's Edge. Hall goes for the cover. One, Two, Hall gets up. What is he doing. This could be a mistake. Hall grabs the legs and steps foward. Hall grapevines the legs. Figure-four or boston crab coming up. No Hall turns Steve over into a scorpion deathlock. That is Sting's move. Hall pinned Sting last week and now he has stolen his finisher. Steve taps out and Hall retains the title.

Hall refuses to release the hold and HERE COMES STING. Sting is wearing a black trenchcoat, blue jeans, and sunglasses. No facepaint. Sting has a baseball bat and Hall goes out of the ring and taunts Sting(while standing behind Sid). Sid dares Sting to come but out comes Commisioner Steamboat and about two dozen sercurity guards. Steamboat has the microphone.

Steamboat:You two have some bad blood from last week but NOT TONIGHT.

Hall:Steamboat, Chico. He was the one who came out here and tried to jump me. I had a really tough TV title defense tonight and it isn't right for him to attack me when my back is turned.

Sting:Listen to me Hall and listen well. I have put up with you in WCW and I am not pleased with what you pulled last week. You pinned me last week but you cannot beat me one on one when the title is on the line.

Hall:Oh you are so confident, Chico. Well how abouts we have ourselves a match at Unholy Alliances for the NAWA World Title. I will finally capture my first World Title at your expense.

Sting:You got yourself a match Hall. At Unholy Alliance I will beat you like the dog you are and believe me you don't have a chance to beat me fairly.

Hall:You seem to be disrespecting the TV Champion Stinger. I will sick Sid on you if you don't show me any respect.

Sting:If that big oversize ape sticks one hand on me, I will stick this baseball bat where the sun don't shine.

Candido is wearing a Triple Threat shirt to the ring, but that is the only sign that Candido is in the Triple Threat. Probally because he couldn't get another shirt anyway. He doesn't even flash the three fingers as he enters the ring. Candido takes off the t-shirt and he just sets it down on the ring apron.

Kaz armwringers Candido into a chop and Candido goes down. Kaz pulls Candido back up and chops him again. Kaz pulls him again again and chops him to the canvas. Kaz now chops a downed Candido. Kaz picks up Candido and Kaz with a hammerlock. Kaz is really grinding Candido's own arm into his back. Kaz now releases and Kaz goes for a kick but Candido ducks it. Kaz with a full nelson and Kaz is really cranking on the neck of Candido. Kaz now hits a full nelson slam to Candido. Candido BOUNCES off of the mat at a frigtening velocity. Kaz now with a slap to the downed Candido. Kaz picks up Candido. Kaz chops Candido across the chest. Kaz chops Candido. Kaz with a chop to the chest of Candido. Kaz whips Candido in and Kaz with an armdrag. Candido holds him arm and Kaz with a SICK kick to the arm. Kaz grabs the arm and drops him across his knee. Candido recoils in pain and Kaz with an armbar takedown. Kaz now locks on the Fujiwara Armbar. Kaz is really cranking on that hold like a pro. Candido is struggling. A loss to Kaz Hayashi will not help Candido's losing streak. He will get knocked further down title contention. Candido is struggling to get out of the hold. Candido makes it to the ropes. Kaz picks up Candido and Kaz with an armwringer. Kaz is really twisting and pulling on that injured arm. Kaz now with an ippozei to Candido. Kaz now into the jujitame armbar. Kaz is really cranking on this one as well. Candido is trying to turn himself underneath the ropes. Candido makes it to the ropes and Kaz refuses to break the hold. We could have a DQ. One, Two, Three, Four, Break. Kaz now grabs the arm and Kaz drapes it over the bottom rope. Kaz kicks the arm hard. Kaz now sits down on the arm. Kaz picks up Candido and Kaz with a backdrop suplex dropping Candido to the outside. Kaz now climbs to the top rope. High risk move for the Kaz-Man. Kaz flies off with the Swandive Senton to Candido. Kaz with a cover hooking the leg. One, Two, Thr...kickout. Kaz angrily stalks the offical. Kaz picks up Candido and Kaz with a spin kick knocking Candido down to the canvas. Kaz now grabs Candido and whips him in. Candidod ducks a big kick and clotheslines Kaz down to the canvas. WITH THE BAD ARM. Good god. No wonder he is on a losing streak. Candido holds him arm and out comes Tony Mamaluke(in a suit jacket with no shirt and dress pants.) Mamaluke yells at Candido and Candido fires off a few weak jabs at Kaz. Candido whips Kaz into the ropes and Candido charges in. Kaz moves and Candido hits his shoulder on the ringpost. Kaz with an armbar takedown and Kaz segues in the Crippler Kazface. Candido is in the center of the ring and has no choice to tap out. He does and Kaz is your winner.

Mamaluke laughs at Candido for getting squashed outside of a couple punches and a clothesline. Mamaluke chants "loser" to Candido. Candido cradles his injured arm and shoves Mamaluke. They look to be getting into it but Francine comes from the back. Francine has a pipe and she swings. SHE HITS CANDIDO WITH IT. Did she mean to hit Candido or Mamaluke. Candido and Francine had an arguement in the back but there is no love loss at all between Mamaluke and Francine. Mamaluke dropkicks Francine to the outside before anything else happens.

New Jack knocks out a door that says "Hardcore" Harry Harris.

Voice from Inside:Come in.

New Jack opens the door and Harris is sitting on a crate, IN THE BOILER ROOM. Harris is clutching his trademark kendo stick wrapped in razor wire.

New Jack:Listen foo' some wise ass in the office teamed us up tonight. I will state one thing. I do not play well with others and if you screw with me you will be waking up in hell tommorow morning.

Did Harris just talk to that kendo stick. Does he think that THING gives him advice. He may be using it as a tool to go out through his own demented intentions. "Speak to me Warriors"

"Warrior" plays and out jogs the Ultimate Warrior. He runs to the ring and shakes the ropes to a massive amout of cheers.

Ultimate Warrior:The universe is a frightening and unpredicatable place. All the events in the grand sceme of things link to everything else. Mistakes that are not learned from are destined to repeat themselves. The Universe is thrown out of whack by such things and fate is slightly altered for the benefits of those committing evil. When this happens bad things do happen to innocent people who are sucked in by the events of the universe that is unfolding. Unholy Alliances 2002 will be a date of reckoning. Sting is being sent in to fail. The fates have determined that there is no way he will leave champion with Sid in Hall's corner without someone to watch Sting's back. Together Sting, we can alter the universe back to its original intention.

We see Randy Savage arriving at the building. The Macho Man is in the house. Will he accept Shane Douglas's challenge. Find out later tonight.

Back to ringside. K-Kwik is in the ring and the bell rings.

K-Kwik vs The Ultimate Warrior K-Kwik with a punch to Warrior. Warrior no-sells it. K-Kwik with a punch to the Warrior. Warrior no-sells. K-Kwik chops Warrior and Warrior no-sells that. K-Kwik backs off and dropkciks the Warrior. The Warrior goes down and K-Kwik climbs to the top rope. K-Kwik is up and he goes for a flying cross body but Warrior pops up and clotheslines K-Kwik. Warrior catches K-Kwik with another clothesline. Warrior with a third clothesline. Warrior bounces off the ropes and hits K-Kwik with a leaping shoulderblock. Warrior picks up K-Kwik and gorilla press slam. Warrior bounces off the ropes and splashes K-Kwik. Warrior with a cover with the foot on the chest. One, Two, Three. The Warrior wins.

The Ultimate Warrior pinned K-Kwik with the Big Splash in 0:01:09. Rating: DUD

Warrior celebrates by shaking the ropes but out come Hall and Sid. Warrior doesn't see them and he gets clobbered from behind with the NAWA television title belt. Sid stomps Warrior and throws him over the top rope. Sid now drops Warrior throat first across the guardrail. Sid now is dragging Warrior by the arm tassals to the stage area. We might see another Van Hammer situation. The Warrior will be crippled if Sid does this. Warrior is trying to fight Sid and Hall off but Hall stops this by creaming Warrior with a chair. Sid now grabs Warrior by the throat but out comes Sting. Sting knocks Hall down and goes after Sid but Sid kicks him in the face. Hall holds Sting down while SID CHOKE SLAMS WARRIOR ON TOP OF THE STAGE. The stage bends a little but doesn't break. Sid now slaps Sting while Hall holds him. Warrior is lying motionless on the stage. Sid now choke slams Sting on the steel ramp and Hall and Sid leave. Warrior's arm is shaking. HE IS ALIVE. The Warrior is alive. The trainers tend to Sting and Warrior who don't look too injured, just shook up.

"Hell's Bells" by AC/DC plays and out comes "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels. He has been on a roll as of late. Will that roll stop tonight when he has to face the former NAWA International Champion Jerry Lynn.

"Sad but True" by Metallica plays and out comes Jerry Lynn. Lynn comes to the ring to a big range of boos. Fans reach over the guardrail to try and take a shot at him. Lynn enters the ring. Lynn has done a lot of evil things in the NAWA. He nearly destroyed the knee of Super Crazy completely and Super Crazy may never be the same again. Lynn's winning streak however is impressive. He has defeated several top notch stars including Jeff Jarrett and of course Super Crazy. Lynn enters the ring and the bell rings.

Jerry Lynn vs Christopher Daniels They lock up. Lynn with a side headlock and Lynn takes down Daniels. Daniels counters with a roll up. Lynn kicks out at 0. Both men are back up to a vertical base and Lynn goes for a clothesline but Daniels ducks it. Daniels slaps Lynn right across the face. Lynn returns the favor and Daniels drop toeholds Lynn down to the mat. Daniels now with a front facelock but Lynn gets out of that with a hammerlock. Daniels rolls out of that and armdrags Lynn to the mat. Daniels with an armbar to Lynn but Lynn gets to his feet and reverses. Both men break and they stare down each other. They lock up and Daniels pushes Lynn off. Daniels chops Lynn. Daniels chops Lynn. Daniels chops Lynn. Daniels with a kick to the midsection and Daniels now grabs Lynn. Going for the Last Rites but Lynn slips out and slides to the outside to catch a breather. Daniels with a baseball slide but Lynn side steps it. Daniels catches Lynn with a clothesline anyway. Daniels rolls Lynn back into the ring and Daniels is on the top rope. Crossbody off the top. Lynn rolls through however. One, Two, Kickout. Lynn is up and Lynn goes for a clothesline but Daniels ducks. Daniels with a kick to the midsection. Double Underhook from Daniels. Going for the Angel's Wings but Lynn backdrops out of it. NO Daniels hangs on and backslides Lynn. One, Two, in the ropes. Lynn dropkicks Daniels as he rises to his feet. Lynn now grabs Daniels and Lynn with a DDT to the Fallen Angel. Lynn floats over for a cover. One, Two, Kickout. Lynn picks up Daniels and Lynn with a kick to the midsection. Daniels is whipped into the buckles. Lynn charges but Daniels gets the feet up in the face. Daniels with a sunset flip counter. No Lynn hooks both legs. Lynn has the ropes. One, Two, Three??? Already. The fans are about ready to riot and the replay airs. The referee is restarting the match because Lynn used the ropes for leverage to get the pin. Lynn looks to want to smack the referee but Daniels rolls him up from behind. One, Two, Kickout. Daniels chops Lynn. Daniels chops Lynn. Lynn stops the offense with a thumb to the eye. Lynn now picks up Daniels and Lynn with a power bomb to Daniels. Lynn with a cover hooking the leg. One, Two, Kickout.

Lynn picks up Daniels and Lynn now whips him into the ropes. Lynn goes for a powerslam but Daniels falls on top. One, Two, Kickout. Lynn rises up and powerslams Daniels anyway. Lynn with a cover. One, Two, Kickout. Lynn now grabs Daniels and puts him in a standing headscissors. Lynn is going for the Cradle Piledriver but Daniels backdrops out of it. Lynn is going for a sunset flip but Daniels hooks both legs. One, Two, Lynn rolls through. One, Two, Daniels rolls through into a jackknife cover. One, Two, Lynn bridges up into a backslide. One, Two, Kickout. Daniels goes for a kick to the midsection but Lynn catches the legs. Daniels pops Lynn with an enzugiri. Daniels with a cover hooking the leg. One, Two, Kickout. Daniels picks up Lynn and Daniels with a HUGE chop. That echoes throughout the building. Daniels picks up Lynn and sets him on the top rope. Daniels climbs up with him. Daniels hooks Lynn but Lynn blocks it. Lynn tries to lift Daniels up but Daniels fires a shot to the midsection. Daniels superplexes Lynn off the ropes but Lynn falls on top hooking a leg of Daniels in a small package style move. One, Two, Thr...shoulder up. The crowd sighs collectively. They thought it was over with that move. Both men are down and the referee is putting on the ten count. Daniels is up but Lynn is up as well. Daniels knocks Lynn down with a lariat. Lynn gets to his knees and begs off. Daniels advances on Lynn and LYNN LOW BLOWS DANIELS. Lynn rolls up Daniels in a small package. One, Two, Rolled the other way. One, Two, Rolled the other way. One, Two, Kickout. Lynn hits Daniels with a back elbow as he rises up. Lynn now drags Daniels to the outside and rams his groin into the ringpost. Daniels is in a lot of pain from that one. Lynn now picks up Daniels and Lynn puts Daniels in a standing headscissors. Lynn picks up Daniels and Lynn with a running liger bomb DROPPING DANIELS INTO THE CORNER. Daniels could have experianced whiplash from that one. Daniels is folded up in the corner and Lynn chops him. Lynn chops Daniels. Lynn chops Daniels. Lynn chops Daniels. Lynn grabs Daniels and Lynn with a snap suplex. Lynn floats over for the cover with the forearm grinding into the nose. One, Two, Kickout. Lynn picks up Daniels and Lynn with a backbreaker. Lynn hangs on and Lynn with another backbreaker. Lynn hangs on and Lynn hits a third backbreaker. Lynn with a cover hooking the leg:One, Two, Kickout.

Lynn picks up Daniels and slams him. Lynn now is going to the top rope. High risk move on the way for Lynn. Lynn flies off and SPLASH HITS THE KNEES. Lynn is doubled over in pain. Daniels needs to get back up. The referee is counting and both men are up. Lynn goes for a punch but Daniels blocks it. Daniels fires back. Daniels with a punch. Lynn with a punch. Daniels with a punch. Lynn with a punch. Daniels with a chop. Daniels with a chop. Daniels with a kick to the midsection. Daniels whips Lynn into the ropes and Daniels catches him with a frankensteiner as he comes off. Daniels into the cover. One, Two, Kickout. Daniels now is climbing the ropes. Daniels with a twisting crossbody off the top. Daniels is not going for the cover however. Could this be a mistake. Daniels picks up Lynn and Daniels with the Last Rites. COULD THIS BE IT. Daniels with a cover hooking the leg. One, Two, Thr...in the ropes. Lynn was way too close to the ropes or it would have been over. Daniels shouldn't argue with the referee and give Lynn time to regroup. That is the BIGGEST mistake you can't make against Jerry Lynn. Daniels picks up Lynn and whips him into the ropes. Lynn backs off from a dropkick. Lynn now grabs Daniels by the legs and Lynn rolls him over into the Texas Cloverleaf. Lynn is really cranking on the hold. Daniels scoots to the ropes. Can he make it. He does. Lynn picks up Daniels and puts him in a standing headscissors. Lynn goes for a cradle piledriver but Daniels fights out. Daniels with a frankensteiner to counter. Both men are down. Daniels is up and he goes for a clothesline but Lynn ducks. Lynn kicks him in the groin and puts him in a standing headscissors. Lynn with the Cradle Piledriver to Daniels. Lynn goes for the cover. One, Two, Thr...Shoulder up. Lynn thought he had that match in the bag. Lynn gets up and scoops up Daniels but he sees something that he don't like in the aisle. Super Crazy is in the aisle taunting Lynn. Lynn puts down Daniels and stands on the top rope to heckle Crazy. Daniels slowly rises to his feet. Daniels takes a running start and dropkicks Lynn from behind causing Lynn to crotch himself. Daniels now climbs up with Lynn. Daniels now puts Lynn in a standing headscissors. Daniels over the hip and DEATH FROM ABOVE. Daniels folds up Lynn like an accordian like that one. Daniels hooks both legs. One, Two, Three. DANIELS HAS PINNED JERRY LYNN. What a majour upset. Technically it was clean since Crazy didn't lay one hand on Lynn.

Daniels celebrates through the crowd. Lynn and Crazy will team up in the Unholy Alliances tournament and if they can't get it together neither of them will get an NAWA World Title Shot.

"Super Bon-Bon" plays and out comes the Amish Connection. Danny Doring has an brace on his arm from the beating it suffered last week against Kaz Hayashi.

"Natural Born Killerz" plays and out comes New Jack with a trash can full of plundah. New Jack enters the ring and grabs a cookie sheet out of the can of plundah. He wipes out both Doring and Roadkill with a shot from it to jumpstart the match.

"Fuck Off" by Kid Rock plays and out comes Hardcore Harris with Kenny the Kendo Stick(shudders).

Xtreme Rules Tag Team Match The Amish Connection vs the NAWA Xtreme Champion New Jack and Hardcore Harry Harris(w/Kenny)

New Jack has a toilet seat and he smacks Doring with it. New Jack hits Roadkill with a right turn only sign and Harris just stands on the outside watching the match unfold. New Jack rams the heads of the Amish Connection together. New Jack with a trash can lid shot to Doring. New Jack with a trash can lid shot to Roadkill. New Jack with a trash can lid shot to Doring. New Jack with a trash can lid shot to Roadkill. Both fall to the canvas and New Jack has a pipe wrench. New Jack clonks Roadkill with it and Doring gets much of the same. New Jack reaches into his can of plundah and pulls out a....GEORGE FORMAN GIRLL??? Of all the things to have in a can of plundah. New Jack hiptosses Roadkill onto the grill. WRESTLING FROM NEW JACK. New Jack has a stop sign and its stop sign time for Danny Doring. Harry Harris just stands in the aisle muttering something to Kenny. New Jack has a keyboard. New Jack types with one finger. SURFING TO THE XTREME!!!! New Jack bashes Roadkill over the head with the keyboard and breaks it over the back of Doring. New Jack now has a broomstick. New Jack sweeps Roadkill over by the ropes before breaking the broomstick over his back. Harris walks down the ramp. Kenny has given him advice apperently. New Jack has the cell phone and it doesn't ring. New Jack just shrugs and hits Doring with it anyway. New Jack has the guitar and he plays a tune on it. New Jack hits Roadkill with the guitar and HARRIS CLOCKS NEW JACK WITH KENNY. Harris has turned on New Jack. Did anyone not see it come. Doring is up and he climbs to the top rope. Doring dives off and Panty Drop Elbow with the elbowbrace. Doring with a cover hooking the leg. One, Two, Three. Doring and Roadkill win thanks to that no good Benedic Arnold Hardcore Harry Harris.

Danny Doring and Roadkill defeated Harry Harris and New Jack when Doring pinned New Jack after the Panty Drop Elbow in 0:04:57. Rating: -* 1/2

Harris picks up the Xtreme Title and walks off with it. When New Jack wakes up he will be one pissed off black man. We see some replays. Harris turned on New Jack and adds fuel to the fire to the Xtreme Title match whenever it happens.

We cut to the parking lot. Harris is in a car trying to make a get away but the car won't start. New Jack runs out of the back of the arena wielding a pipe. New Jack swings the pipe and breaks a window on the driver's side. New Jack is trying to get in the driver's side window to get at Hardcore Harry Harris. Harris escapes through the passenger side and Harris jumps in the trunk of the car. This is surreal. Harris LOCKS HIMSELF IN THE TRUNK TO ESCAPE THE WRATH OF NEW JACK. New Jack bangs on the trunk but Harris has locked himself in with the car keys.

New Jack:You got to come out of there some time. You can't hold your breath forever foo'.

New Jack pulls over a crate and sits by the trunk waiting.

Backstage:

Norman Smiley is sitting backstage with a tape recorder. He has the NAWA International Title over his lap.

Norman Smiley:As you know this past Friday Shane Douglas had some comment to make about me on a Radio Interview. Heres what he said:

Norman pushes play on the tape recorder.

Shane Douglas:....as for Norman Smiley, he couldn't draw money for the NAWA if you dragged him around a gold mine with a magnet shoved up his ass.

Norman pushes pause.

Norman:It shouldn't surprise me that you said that but when I think you have sunk your lowest you find a way to get even lower. The fans are litterally screaming for your head, and I don't mean the kind Francine gives to half of the guys backstage either or thats what Tony Mamaluke told me anyway, so it isn't so much you are a draw. It is the fact that the fans want you to get your ass kicked. Your match with Sting was the highestt grossing main event in NAWA history for a reason. The fans wanted Sting to give you the biggest ass whippin' ever and for you to get yours. That happened and now the magic is pretty much gone.

Norman pauses for a minute.

Norman Smiley:You compare yourself to a god sometimes well Shane you are not a god. You are not worthy enough to shine the shoes of a god. Tonight you will be downed by the NAWA International Champion.

The crowd chants "Norman" as we go to the commericial. Main Event is next. Don't go away.

"Perfect Strangers" by Deep Purple plays and out comes Shane Douglas with Francine. Douglas doesn't look in a very good mood. Douglas has the microphone.

Douglas:Cut the fucking music. Right now is the match where the Triple Threat turns it all around. Where I dispose of that midcarder Norman Smiley and win the NAWA International Title just for the hell of it. I will win the NAWA International Title because I FUCKING CAN.

"Alive" by POD plays and out comes the NAWA International Champion Norman Smiley. He looks focused and ready for the match. Norman enters the ring and gets jumped by Shane.

NAWA International Title Shane Douglas(w/Francine) vs Norman Smiley(c)

Shane whips Norman into the ropes and Shane with a kick to the midsection. Shane going for the Pittsburg Plunge but Norman counters with a small package. One, Two, Kickout. Norman armdrags Shane and Norman right into the armbar to Douglas. Norman is stretching and twisting on the arm of Douglas. Norman is really cranking on the arm some. Norman now is pulling the arm out in ways that it shouldn't be pulled. Norman just holds the move and Douglas is trying to find a way to escape. Douglas is trying to figure out a way out this armbar. Norman has the hold on tight and there is no way for Douglas to get out. Norman is still working the armbar on Douglas. A few fans of the restless portion of the audience start a "boring" chant. Douglas gets out of the arm and Norman and Douglas lock up. Douglas with a headlock and Douglas takes Norman down to the canvas. Douglas is cranking on a headlock to Norman. Douglas has that hold sinched on tight. Norman has to break the hold or he might suffer the embarassment of submitting to a headlock. Douglas still has that simple headlock on. Well this match has a little bit of resting doesn't it. It seems like Douglas is trying to stretch the match out so it can be longer and so he can throw Norman off of his gameplan. Douglas has the headlock on still if you were wondering. Douglas mouths off to the crowd saying "I'm the fucking Franchise". Norman is trying to get up and he gets up to a vertical base but Douglas still has the headlock on. Norman attempts to throw Douglas off but Douglas still has the headlock on Norman. Douglas still has the headlock on. Douglas is REALLY working the headlock. The Headlock. The Headlock. Oh the Headlock(god damn this is getting boring real quick). Norman finally elbows out of the hold and Norman with a chop to Douglas. Norman with a chop to Douglas. Norman whips Douglas into the ropes and Norman clotheslines Douglas down to the canvas.

Norman picks up Douglas and Norman whips him into the ropes. Norman lifts Douglas up and spinning bodyslam drops Douglas down to the canvas. Norman goes to a chickenwing armbar. This is basically a sitting version of the Norman Conquest without the bodyscissors. Norman is now working this hold. Norman must be working on the arm of Shane Douglas. First with the armbar and now with the chickenwing armbar. Douglas trys to roll onto his stomach but Norman has the hold on while Douglas is facefirst onto the canvas. Norman has this mounted on and he turns it into a hammerlock. Norman is really cranking this hold in. Douglas gets to the ropes and Norman with a clean break. Norman picks up Douglas but Douglas with a thumb to the eye. Douglas throws Norman to the outside and distract the referee. Francine hits Norman with a Koochie-Ka-Rana on the outside. Francine rolls Norman bakc into the ring and the referee did not see that bit of interference. Douglas with a cover hooking the leg. One, Two, Kickout. Norman is still in this match. Douglas picks up Norman and Douglas drops Norman with a delayed vertical suplex. Douglas chokes Norman. One, Two, Three, Four, Break. Douglas chokes Norman. One, Two, Three, Four, Break. Douglas picks up Norman and Douglas drops him with a backdrop suplex. Douglas now with the chinlock to Norman. Douglas is wearing down Norman some more. Douglas has Norman laying on his back in the chinlock. One, Two, Shoulder up from Norman. Norman may be put out by this chinlock from Douglas. The referee checks the arm. The arm lifts and the arm falls. The referee checks the arm again. The arm lifts and the arm falls. The referree checks the arm again. The arm lifts and it stays up. Norman fights to his feet and breaks the hold with a pair of elbowsmashes. Douglas with an eye gouge and Douglas bodyslams Norman. Douglas drops an elbow on Norman. Douglas drops a third elbow on Norman and Douglas drops a fourth elbow to Norman. Douglas with a cover hooking the leg. One, Two, Kickout. Douglas is now going to the top rope. High risk move on the way from the Franchise. Douglas flies off and HITS THE FOOT OF NORMAN WITH HIS JAW ON THE WAY DOWN. Douglas is on the canvas holding his jaw. Can Norman make a comeback?

Norman is up and Norman blocks a punch and fires back with a chop. Norman chops Douglas. Norman chops Douglas. Norman chops Douglas. Norman headbutts Douglas down to the canvas. Norman with a knee to the midsection and Norman with a butterfly suplex to Douglas. Norman with a cover hooking the leg. One, Two, Kickout. Norman now whips Douglas shoulder first into the corner. Norman grabs Douglas in the chickenwing armbar and he is trying to put on the bodyscissors for the Norman Conquest. Douglas is fighting the hold and Douglas somehow reaches the ropes. Norman pounds Douglas's shoulder with rapid fire blows. Norman charges at Douglas but gets backdropped to the outside. Francine rams Norman into the ringpost and Douglas rolls to the outside. Douglas throws Norman into the ring and Douglas with a cover with the feet on the ropes. One, Two, Thr...shoulder up. Norman is still in this match. Douglas whips Norman into the rope. Douglas charges it but Norman side steps it. Douglas hits his shoulder on the ringpost. Norman goes right into the Norman Conquest. Norman has the bodyscissors on and Shane Douglas may have to tap out. Norman has the hold on and Douglas is trying to somehow move both his and Norman's body so he can reach the ropes. Douglas's shoulder is hurt and that may be the deciding point of how fast he taps out if he can't get to the ropes soon. Douglas finally gets a foot on the rope and Norman has to break the hold. Norman is up and he sets up Douglas for a suplex but Francine is on the ring apron. Norman goes after Francine and she jumps off. Norman pays for that when Douglas low blows Norman as he tries to hook him again. Douglas is asking for the chain and Francine pulls it from her top. Francine attempts to throw the chain in but Chris Candido is out. He holds the arm of Francine back and Candido wants to throw the chain in to prove his loyality to the Triple Threat. Francine and Candido are getting into a shouting match and Douglas yells "JUST GIVE ME THE FUCKING CHAIN ALREADY". RANDY SAVAGE RUNS OUT. Randy Savage knocks both Candido and Francine down with a double axehandle to the back of the head. Norman rolls up Douglas from behind in an inside cradle. One, Two, THREE!!! Norman has pinned Shane Douglas. Norman slides to the outside and runs through the crowd with the NAWA International Title belt, not wanting to be part of the carnage to come.

Norman Smiley pinned Shane Douglas after an inside cradle in 0:15:20. Rating: ** 3/4 (Norman Smiley retained the NAWA International Title.)
