Welcome to the third edition of "Beyond The Grave". While I know I haven't updated in a while, it's been the holidays, and uh.. iwrestling hasn't been the top of my priorities lately.

I also know people have been questioning my whereabouts in certain events such as JCW, ICWW and to a lesser degree, IWWF. After this weekend I should be resuming my previous online schedule of being here most often. Sound good? Good. Onto the column.

ICWW

I recently made my return to ICWW in fine fashion, defeating Violent J and the big Beefer (rar) in a three way for the National title. People (Violent J) had been speculating the entire time that I was the phony cop, saying he knew the entire time, but truth be told we hadn't, or at least I hadn't, planned on being the phony cop. Seems Mick played it by ear and worked it into a nice storyline.

Now.. that being said.. (here comes a bit of a rant)

Why are people being pushed so quickly now? Loopster is being hailed all over as the "Next Big Thing" but I don't see it. And it's not a knock on Loopster by any means. He's a great guy, and a hell of an i-wrestler.. I just don't feel he's paid his dues. Not only this.. but I also feel he can be a real annoyance. While usually he stays within reason, sometimes he goes off on a rant (Who am I to talk?!) and causes friction within the channel.. just been pondering this for a while, and feel it is a contributing factor as to why I wrote a new column. Let me know your thoughts on Loopster in the channel, or pm if you'd rather be kept annonymous. [sp?]

Another major reason I'm writing is : Chaos Drone. I'll try to be as unbias as possible while writing this. Chaos Drone is not a star, in my eyes, so I don't feel he'll excel in ICWW. He's not a great backstage presence, as he usually gets picked on.. which eventually leads to someone having to get order (Mick). After a while, I think Mick is going to get tired of breaking up petty fights and mishaps which stem from Chaos Drone being brought in. I'm hoping things don't work out in ICWW the way they did in IWWF for Chaos.. or it could literally be that.. chaos. heh.. moving on.

Ending off my little rant with The Rock.. Again, trying to be unbias. Fxck it. He's a shit disturber. I don't know why he keeps getting such chances. Hopefully things work out and he doesn't drop the ball.

DOA III is what I'm most looking forward to in ICWW right now.. DOA's always work out great for events, and I have a feeling this will do the same, and help elevate such talent as Loopster and Jason Shamrock.

*Reads the Boss Report to see if there's anything else he'd like to comment on..*

Oh.. the "Super Friends". While I think this could be a hilarious gimmick, I'm still kind of iffy about Jesseman. He's been known to go off on immature spurts every once in a while, so if Mick does something Jesse doesn't like I can see him leaving the federation. I hope this time he sticks it out so that the federation benifits.. this could be great.

I guess that's it in ICWW news.. moving on,

JCW

JCW is going well, in my eyes anyways. I thought the first show was well done.. much better than our last. Mick seemed to think so as well. I'm still encouraging everyone who hasn't yet to join #JCW and sign up. It's good practice for roleplaying and could increase your chances of success in ICWW if you become better at roleplaying. We're coming up on our third show... Mick, Nomad and Chris "Mike Krazy" Benoit get shout outs for helping us get this off the ground, as they're all amazing roleplayers. That's not a knock on anyone else, but they seem to stand out in my mind.

IWWF

*Bangs his head against a wall until his forehead is raw and bloody*

He sure does live his character doesn't he. And while some of the time it's all well and good.. the man NEVER breaks character.. and makes it downright annoying. To the point people don't want to wrestle anymore. I had to get that off my chest.. and that's about it for IWWF news.
