Dan Severn Interview

How did you get into professional wrestling?

A friend of mine who was a profesional wrestler was also the president of the Michigan Wrestling Club. Once our normal business meetings were done I would stick around and ask him questions.

Could you name a few of the wrestling promotions you have worked for?

There have been many but I would say the WWE, and all the NWA promoters are the most memorible.

What professional wrestling titles have you held?

Quite a few of them also but they would be short lived.

Who do you feel is the greatest wrestler of all time?

The records speak for themself : Lou Thesz.

What do you do in your free time?

I don't know what the term free time means!!! I stay busy all the time.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

No more cage fights but still involved in some capacity. Still pro-wrestling. Training athletes in my facility. Staying busy.

You are known for working a very grueling schedule. How do you do it?

It depends on how bad you want to do it, and putting your mind in the right state to get it accomplished.
