Welcome to the first installment of The Insane Report! My name is Jeremy Johnson, and I'll be the one that analyzes all upcoming ICW shows and matches. So, without further ado, lets get started!.... On April 13 at "The Brawl At The Backstop", ICW will be holding a tournament to crown its new World Champion. The first match is the match the HoPWF refused to sign, STITCH -vs- SYCK. Both of these young superstars are very nice with what they do. Who's gonna come out on top? Your guess is as good as mine, but if I had to make a prediction, I'd have to say SYCK, just because he's got about 6 inches and 50lbs. on STITCH. But does that really mean anything?....The 2nd match in the tourney is a heated grudge match between "The World's Greatest Lounge Singer" Tony Clifton and "The Future" Adam Anthony. These two used to be the best of friends, now they're the most heated of enemies. Clifton has Anthony in the size department, but Anthony has Clifton when it comes to experience. This match could very well be the show stealer...The next first round match up is D-Day against "Prime Time" Mike Noland. These two have had several grueling matches in CBW, one of which D-Day got the "Best Bitch Slap of the Year Award" at the CBW Year End Awards Show for a chop he gave to Noland. This one promises to be brutal...Finally, the last first round match up pits The Natural Born Thug against J-Rod. Both of these men are relatively new to the business, but this should be a great match nonetheless...This tournament is unique in that the losers of the 2nd round matches will fight to determine the new ICW North American Champion, with the winners moving on to the finals. The loser of the finals will be crowned the new ICW International Champion, with the winner getting the crown jewel of backyard wrestling, the ICW World Heavyweight Title. This is one show you won't want to miss.
