The Match
The cage lowered and set an eerie tone in the Austin arena. The fans were in a frenzy for the forth-coming match as the stipulations were announced. Alexis King made her way to the ring and joined commentary. Soon to be followed by the Feared One. An awesome entrence, TFO filled the arena with a cold chill as she slowly crept toward the ring. Blithe Omega soon came out and plowed through TFO from behind with a clothesline. He hammered and beat the man from the darkside with animalistik aggression, first blasting him over the head with the ring bell, and then dropong him through an announce table! Blithe rolled TFO into the ring and slammed the cage door shut, locking himself inside with TFO all laid out. Blithe thought he had the match won and went for a relaxed cover only to have TFO shoot right up off the mat. The arena reached a fever pitch as TFO took control of the match. A miscalculated maneuver cost TFO his dominance over Blithe after crashing to the mat from the top of the cage. Where TFO should have escaped, he went for a huge elbow drop instead, one that surely would have ended the match, and Blithes career upon impact. Blithe hit his “End of Days” finisher and as he went for the pin, Alexis had a runner come out with a clipboard. She hesitantly signed away at some mysterious document bareing the EBWF emblem and then slapped it against he cold steel of the cage as Blithe scored a three count over Feared One. Blithe tore out of the cage and snatched the document away from Alexis. The cage was raised as Blithe read the document and then started screaming with unbridaled rage. He grabbed Alexis by the throat and oddly demanded that Alexis welch on that particular contract. When she refused, Blithe tossed her in the ring and stalked after her. Alexis’ salvation came when TFO stood up and grabbed Blithe by the throat, driving him into the math with a thunderous chokeslam. Blithe lay motionless with the still mysterious document laying on his chest.
Doc Martin found Sean James in the Caine Administration locker room paceing and warming up. He looked to catch an interview but was rudely denied by Anthony and shoved out of the room. Doc then caught Bobbo and Maple on route to the ring for his match. Doc asked how Bobbo felt about taking on a close friend, now turned enemy in Mistress Pain. Boobo answerd, “You keep asking me questions, how about I ask you a question…how much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck chuck could chuck wood?!” and then left quickly.
Just outside the backstage entranceway, the Nightshade Ghosts conspired with Mistress Pain looking bored with it all. Mary slapped Mistress and told her that should she lose, she would lose big. The feelings between Mary and Mistress were left in a bitter tension as their theme hit, and the stable in its entirety made their way into the arena.
