CWF Atlas/Apollo Championships:
When Ben Stevens took over the CWF alot of new ideas came with him.
In an attempt to breath new life into the CWF Tag-Team division he abandoned
the traditional Tag-Team championships and introduced the Atlas and Apollo Tag-Team Titles.
The 2 seperate titles were to be defended together in a Tag-Team enviroment.
However if a challenger was able to get a win over either champion that title would be the only one to change hands.
the random pairings that would come from this would surely make for interesting matches right?
A Battle Royal was held with the last 2 men standing Goth and Zeitgeist being named the new Atlas and Apollo champions.
Tention between the 2 grew until they were no longer able to function as a team.
a match was held with Zeitgeist beating Goth to retain both titles.
the following week Zeitgeist named Darrin Chaos as his new partner and new Atlas champion.
unfortunately this style of tag-team championships didnt make things as interesting as Ben Stevens had hoped.
As a result the Atlas and Apollo titles were retired but in the same night Zeitgeist and Chaos were put in a
match which saw the NdN Empire coming out the victors and winning the newly reinstated CWF Tag-Team titles.
