LSW TRTN - 9/10/02
El Diablo & Chris Cortez vs. Jinn & Damien
Richard - "The following tag team match is set for one fall with a 20 minute time limit."
"Angel With Scarred Wings" by ??????????? begins to play. The crowd begins to boo as Jinn and Damien walks through the curtain and head down to the ring.
Richard - "Introducing first. At a combined weight of 445 pounds, the combination of Jinn and Damien. BLOOD OMEN!!!"
Jinn and Damien climb into the ring and start having a go at the crowd. The crowd responds by throwing cans and rubbish into the ring. The lights go down and the music changes to "Life, Birth, Blood, Doom" by Black Label Society begins to play.
Richard - "And their opponents. Introducing first, standing 7'4" and weighing in at 350 pounds. EL DIABLO!!!!"
The lights come back on and El Diablo is in the ring. Jinn and Damien take for the outside once they see El Diablo. The crowd continues to throw rubbish at Jinn and Damien on the outside. The music once again changes to "Sexy Boy" by World Wrestling Entertainment. There are a few cheers as the LSW Karaoke Champion, "The One Man Boyband" Chris Cortez and Syd make their way down to the ring.
Richard - "And El Diablo's partner. Being lead to the ring by his manager, Syd. Standing 5'9" and weighing in at 185 pounds, the LSW Karaoke champion. "The One Man Boyband" CHRIS CORTEZ!!!"
Syd holds the ropes open as Cortez gets into the ring. El Diablo gets right into Cortez's face. Jinn and Damien take this opportunity to jump into the ring and attack their opponents. The referee calls for the bell to begin this match as he trys to seperate all 4 men and get a bit of order in this match.
Kylie - "That poor referee. He gets pushed around and gets nothing for it."
Ernie - "Why don't you do something to help instead of running your mouth all the time?"
After a few minutes of brawling betwen the 4 men, the referee is finally able to get both teams to go into seperate corners. Jinn gets onto the apron so Damien can start, while Diablo and Cortez fight over whos going to start. Syd jumps onto the apron and tells Cortez that Diablo should start. So Diablo and Damien walk into the middle and start exchanging right and left punchs with each other. Diablo gets the upperhand and back Damien into the ropes. Diablo whips Damien across the ring and connects with a big boot. Diablo goes for the cover. 1...2...kick out by Damien. Diablo grabs Damien and starts choking him, the referee counts to 4 before Diablo lets go. Diablo whips Damien into the Cortez / Diablo corner and tags in Cortez. Diablo holds up Damien's arm and Cortez kicks Damien in the ribs.
Kylie - "For a team of guys who don't like each other, they're doing quite well."
Ernie - "But its only a matter of time till they fall appart."
Cortez back up and nails Damien with a big right hand. Damien drops like a sack of bricks. Cortez covers Damien but the referee does not count, he pulls Cortez to his feet and takes some brass knuckles off of him.
Kylie - "That's an instant DQ, Cortez is using illegal means to win a match. Why isn't the referee awarding the match to Blood Omen."
Ernie - "Maybe Cortez has the referee in his back pocket?"
The referee warns Cortez and lets the match continue. While Cortez argues with the referee for some unknown reason, Damien gets the tag to Jinn. Jinn jumps onto the top rope and waits for Cortez to turn around. The referee tells Cortez to get back to the match or he'll disqualify him. Cortez turns around only to be nailed by a flying drop drop by Jinn. Jinn runs at the ropes and connects with a lionsault for the pin. 1...2...kick out by Cortez. Jinn picks Cortez up and hits a nice snap suplex. He then climbs onto the top rope and connects with a senton bomb, then tags Damien back in. Damien runs into the ring and nails Cortez with a huge clothesline. Damien then whips Cortez into the ropes and delivers a flapjack and rolls it into a boston crab. Cortez screams out in pain. Diablo jumps into the ring and tries to save his partner but Jinn jumps in too and starts brawling with Diablo. Cortez taps but the referee is too busy with the brawl that is going on.
Kylie - "TURN AROUND REF!! CORTEZ IS TAPPING!!!"
While the referee is distracted, Syd jumps into the ring with a second pair of knucks and nails Damien with them. Cortez slides out and delivers the "Chart Topper" to Damien and covers him. The referee turns around and notices Cortez covering Damien, he counts. 1...2...3!!!"
Richard - "The winners of this match, Chris Cortez and El Diablo!!!"
