[Scene: After the recent TRTN, the LSW Employees and Wrestlers are running around to get whatever they have to do done so they can leave and go home. Through the crowd of people rushing around Abbey Riley is seen trying to weed through it. She finds her way as a camera man followes her and once they come to a locker room door, she stops him. She works on her hair as the camera man sets the camera up and on his shoulder. Abbey Riley gives the thumbs up and the camera man turns on power, then record, and points at Abbey]

Abbey Riley: Hello, Abbey Riley here standing next to Chris Cortez's locker room. Now, we're going to try to get a word with him in a moment and-

[Suddenly the door opens and Chris Cortez walks out with equipment bag over his shoulder. He looks at Abbey Riley and smiles but then looks over at the camera and rolls his eyes.]

Chris Cortez: Great. Just Great. What do you want?

Abbey Riley: Well, IM here to interview you

[Chris Cortez's face lights up as he turns to her and smiles]

Chris Cortez: Oh good! The camera man's a bit amute anywas it seems. So, Abbey, what you wanna talk about?

Abbey Riley: Let's talk about, Sub-Zero

Chris Cortez: Who?

Abbey Riley: Sub-Zero

Chris Cortez: Im sorry Abbey, but I dont know any, ah, whats his name? Tub-Zorro?

Abbey Riley: You know, Sub-Zero, the guy you payed to attack Killjoy earlier tonight.

Chris Cortez: Oh, right, the Mortal Kombat reject. He-wait, what? I didnt pay him to attack Killjoy! Who in the hell told you that? It was him right? Killjoy told you that, didnt he? Him with his damn mindgames, he-

Abbey Riley: Well, no. It was just that, well, you payed him money, although he didnt except it, and then later he attacked Killjoy.

Chris Cortez: Ah. I see what this is. You think that just because I payed Sub-Zero for him to do something for me and he attacked Killjoy in the same night, that they are connected, right?

Abbey Riley: Right.

Chris Cortez: Wrong.

Abbey Riley: Wrong?

Chris Cortez: That's what I said, Abbey. You see, the casual fan such as your blondish bimboed self would think such a thing. However, a truly talented educated marksmen such as myself, who was THERE, knows the truth of it all.

Abbey Riley: That being?

Chris Cortez: That Sub-Zero attacked Killjoy on his own accord. Like me, he has a score to settle with the ol' man. As for the paying of money? Simple. I was mearly just trying to score myself some tickets to his gym in the arctic.

Abbey Riley: What? Why?

Chris Cortez: Well, c'mon Abbey. We all know that Killjoy is this quote unquote "unstopple" force, right? I was mearly just trying to get some good seats in such a good ring to train in. Arctic tempertures. Cold Climates. Its hard enough to live in such conditions, imagine training? That, Abbey, will help me against the odds come my match with Killjoy.

Abbey Riley: About that, any thoughts?

Chris Cortez: Yeah. It isnt about the match though, Its about Angel. You see, Killjoy says he loves her. Now, no one knows if this is another one his mindgames, or the truth. Personally, I see it as nothing but Grade A Bullsh*t. I mean, look at the facts Abbey. Who saved Angel in her match tonight?

Abbey Riley: Ah, You?

Chris Cortez: Right. Who has a history of being an evil, vile, un-trusting, sadistic, lone wolf of a vicious man who cares for no one but himself?

Abbey Riley: Killjoy.

Chris Cortez: Who cant seem to keep his hands off other people's women?

Abbey Riley: Ah, You.

[Chris Cortez looks at Abbey Riley for a second with anger]

Chris Cortez: Not ME, you idiot! KILLJOY! He steals my women, Angel, and he attacks Sub-Zero's poor girl, Akira. I mean, what is up with this guy? He's got such a horrible history with women. I, on the other hand, got ALOT of history with women. I mean, Its only a matter of time before he treats Angel like the rest of them. Me? I'll treat her right, of course.

Abbey Riley: Ah, Speaking of Angel, do you know where she is? I want to get an interview with her.

[Chris Cortez is disgusted as he says the next line]

Chris Cortez: She left with Killjoy.

[Chris Cortez goes back to normal as he looks at Abbey, then the camera, starring straight into it]

Chris Cortez: But, mark my words, Abbey, mark my words. At Devil's Night 2, she'll be leaving with ME! Now, excuse me, Ive got a flight to catch.

[Chris Cortez walks away as the camera watches him head out the door as the scene fades to black]
