Chapter 45
As Matt and Jeff drove to the video store they talked about how much fun they were having living in the house. It was also going to be interesting going on the road again. This time it was going to be the women that they love. It would sure make day to day life interesting.
Both of the guys walked into the store and were sure to cover themselves up so no one would recognize who they were. They liked living normal lives and they wanted it to stay that way for as long as possible before they were in the spot light again.
Both of them wandered from section to section trying to find the perfect movie. Finally Jeff found the perfect movie. It was sure going to make everyone laugh. "Hey Matt come here, what do you think about this movie?" Jeff asked handing it to Matt.
"This looks like a really good movie. It looks funny and I think that Leah and Colleen will agree with me." Matt replied handing the move back over to Jeff as they both walked to the check-out counter.
"I wonder what movie the guys picked out?" Colleen asked Leah flipping through the channels on the tv.
"I hope that it is a funny one cause I think that we all really need a laugh right now." Leah responded pouring herself a drink.
"Leah, I have a question for you."
"Ok....Shoot." Leah replied looking at her sister.
"Are you looking forward to going on the road? I mean I am but do you feel the same way?" Colleen asked still flipping through the channels not looking at Leah, afraid of what her answer was.
"To tell the truth, I really am looking forward to going on the road. We both will be close to Matt and Jeff as well as each other."
"That's good. I just thought that I would ask because a little while ago you really didn't want to go. I just think that it is going to be so much fun." Colleen said as she walked over to where Leah was standing and gave her a hug.
"I take it we interrupted a family moment?" Jeff joked as he walked into the house just in time to see the end of the hug.
"Naw, you didn't interrupt a thing. That was an end of a hug you saw. So what movie did you pick?" Leah asked as she went over to Matt and hugged him.
"Ya, I was wondering the same thing, you guys sure did take a long time just to pick up ONE movie." Colleen joked as she hugged Jeff.
Colleen and Leah just smiled at each other. Each with a sparkle in their eyes.
"Well, since you guys really seem to want to know we pick "Rat Race"." Jeff said as he went over to the kitchen and opened the food that they were going to eat while they watch the movie.
Colleen read the back of the movie where it said what the movie was about and then plopped it in the VCR.
"I think that it looks like a really funny movie, I for one have never seen it before." Colleen said taking a chip.
"Ya, it does look good. Is everyone ready to watch it?" Leah asked taking Matt's hand.
"Ya, I think that we all are." Colleen replied taking Jeff's hand.
Both Colleen and Leah just had to laugh. They guys had no idea what was going on and man were they having fun. Colleen just couldn't wait to see Matt's face when the truth finally came out.
They all sat down to watch the movie. Colleen on Jeff's lap and Leah on Matt's.
