Vince:"Just calm down guys. Remember, we took out Foley, he's gone! So now I'm in charge and starting tonight, things in this company are gonna take a drastic change"!
William Regal:"Mr. McMahon, I have some great ideas if you'd like to hear them later over a cup of tea".
Vince:"That'd be great William. Travis Wakeman and that bitch Trish Stratus are gonna regret ever messing with me".
Kurt Angle:"Well since you're in charge Mr. McMahon, I want that punk Jerry Lynn in a rematch tonight"!
Vince:"Well in just a little bit, we'll all be heading to the ring, I have a few rather major announcements to make".
FIREWORKS POUND THROUGH THE ARENA AS PRIMETIME's THEME MUSIC PLAYS.
Michael Cole:"Just four days removed from one of the most unbelievable events in TWF history, we are live for PrimeTime from the home of the Spartans, Michigan State University"!
Bobby Heenan:"Unbelievable is not the word Michael, Foul Play was shocking"!
Michael Cole:"Commissioner Foley's career in the TWF may be over and we'll talk about that later but Travis Wakeman retained the TWF championship against all odds"!
Heenan:"But McMahon's alliance grew stringer and right now, it's Wakeman against an army and his title reign won't last too much longer"!
BILLY KIDMAN's MUSIC HITS.
Cole:"Well we're gonna get things started with a rematch from Foul Play"!
AHMED WALKER's MUSIC HITS; HE COMES OUT WITH TORRIE WILSON.
Heenan:"Well Kidman defeated that man but that good lookin' lady showed her true feelings"!
Cole:"Big match here for Walker. He can't lose two in a row to Kidman".
What a way to kick off the show! At the end of 2001, this could be the best pure wrestling matches all year. There was countering counters and reversing reversals. Walker dictated the pace early but he couldn't keep Kidman down. He hit him with everything in his arsenal including a samoan drop followed by a bone crunching spinebuster. He then turned Kidman inside out with a big clothesline. But Kidman kept comin' back and wouldn't go away. After ducking a clothesline, he caught Walker with a tremendous heel kick. But Walker soon regained his composure and went up top and delivered his guillotine leg drop. Instead of going for his finisher, he went for a cover but Kidman got a shoulder up at 2. Then, in a huge change of events, Kidman hit Walker with a tornado ddt followed by his powerbomb into a facebuster to win it.

After the match, both men shook hands and raised each others arms.
Heenan:"Wow! That's as good a match as you'll ever see"!
Cole:"It appears that these two have buried the hatchet as well".
FOOTAGE FROM THE 8 MAN TAG TEAM MATCH AT FOUL PLAY IS SHOWN AS TEAM GEORGIA's MUSIC HITS; THE OUTLAW COMES OUT.
Cole:"Last night, in that big eight man tag, Team Georgia revealed a fifth member of their group and it was this man, seven foot two, three hundred and sixty five pounds and he calls himself The Outlaw".
RAVEN's MUSIC HITS
Heenan:"This Team Georgia has formed a small militia and I gaurantee Raven's gonna have his hands full here".
The Outlaw's immense size dwarfed that of Raven. Outlaw's physicality level was intense as he hammered away on Raven. But after surviving a big boot to the face and just a flat out pounding, Raven caught the big guy with a bulldog. Then Raven tried to take away his vertical base by applying a sleeper hold but The Outlaw backed him into a corner, breaking the hold. As Raven grabbed his lower back, The Outlaw hit him with his awesome "Rise of the South" move to win it.

Heenan:"I think Team Georgia just acquired the final piece".
Cole:"That was impressive. They may be too strong now".

Heenan:"Look at all the power Vince has with him"!
VINCE GRABS A MICROPHONE AS THE CAPACITY CROWD SHOWERS HIM WITH A CHORUS OF BOOS.
Vince:"What kind of respect is that? How dare you people! If it wasn't for me, none of what you see would exist"!

Cole:"That's the kind of respect that they'll give a man who has a great person like Mick Foley ran over like roadkill"!
Vince:"You people make me sick. Anyhow, on to more important matters. Unfortunately, Commissioner Foley has left the TWF due to unfortunate circumstances so as it relates to any decisions to make around here, I have assumed all of those duties"!
Cole:"Unfortunate circumstances! You had him run down"!
Heenan:"Listen Michael! It's gonna get better"!
Vince:"So as my first decisions, I've ordered two matches to take place tonight. Shawn Michaels, since you had so much energy in th two out of three falls match at Foul Play with my son in law Triple H, we'll see how energized you are when you face Electric Coma tonight"!
Cole:"What"?
Vince:"I've also decided, that our brave TWF champion Travis Wakeman will defend his title right here in this ring tonight against the number one contender Val Venis"!

Cole:"Well this should be a great match between two of the young talented superstars here in the TWF".
THE HARDY BOYZ MUSIC HITS AS THE CROWD GOES NUTS.
Heenan:"Listen to these humanoids cheer for these two! What's so good about 'em"?
This one went back and forth as both men showed their abilities. After Jeff missed his "Poetry in Motion" move in the corner, X-Pac smashed him with a heel kick. X-Pac controlled most of the match until Jeff countered a move with a sit down jawbreaker. But Tori got up on the apron and Matt Hardy went around to pull her off. This caught the eye of referee Teddy Long and while his back was turned, X-Pac lowblowed Jeff and used a spinning hurracanrana into a pinning combination to win it.

Heenan:"What'd he miss? I didn't see a thing"!
Lilian Garcia:"Edge and Christian, you guys were unsuccessful in your attempt to become tag team champions at Foul Play, what's next for you two"?
Edge:"Well Lilian, as much as we'd like to kick the Acolytes asses and take the tag team titles again, Christian and I have decided to make our mark on the singles division".
Christian:"Lilian, Edge and Christian the tag team reeks of awesomeness but now, it's time all these people see how versatile we are".
EDGE AND CHRISTIAN's MUSIC HITS
Cole:"Well here they come as Christian will face the former lightheavyweight champion one on one"!
Heenan:"How versatile are these guys? I'll go as far as to say that they are two of the best in our lifetime"!
This was a great match between 2 exceptional athletes. The martial arts skill of Weapon R whipped Christian early. Weapon R had things in his favor after a big sit down powerbomb which got a long 2 count. But Christian began to show some resiliency no one knew was in him. Christian caught Weapon R with a dropkick to the knees which turned out to be a key manuever. He then hit him with a flying elbow off the top rope but Weapon R got a shoulder up at 2. Christian then began to argue with referee Chad Patton about his count speed when Edge came into the ring and planted Weapon R with the "Downward Spiral". Christian then picked up the pieces by dropping him again with the "Unprettier" to get the pin.

Heenan:"What a win! These guys are gonna be great singles competitors too"!
Cole:"Sure, if it takes two guys to beat one, they'll be great"!

Heenan:"Those are the tag team champs, what a disgrace"!
FOOTAGE IS SHOWN FROM FOUL PLAY AS THE GATES OF HELL LAUNCHED A CASKET CONTAINING THE UNDERTAKER OFF THE TOP OF THE ENTRANCE RAMP.
Cole:"Fans, there you see the grizzly footage of what happened to The Undertaker at the hands of the Gates of Hell and we can tell you this, The Undertaker hasn't been seen or heard from since".
Heenan:"Good".
EDDIE GUERRERO BUSTS INTO THE ROOM.
Vince:"What the hell do you want"?
Guerrero:"Steve Corino's ass tonight"!
Vince:"First of all, don't ever come into my office without knocking. Secondly, since your so demanding, you've got a match tonight, yeah, one on one with Rhyno"!
GUERRERO STORMS OUT OF THE OFFICE.
Cole:"Vince is on a major power trip"!
Heenan:"That's what Guerrero gets for being disrespectful"!

THE BRUTILE BULLDOG's MUSIC HITS; HE COMES OUT WITH TERRI.
Cole:"Back on PrimeTime folks as we get set for a hardcore rules match. Still to come tonight, Drew Blood will face Ken Shamrock in a number one contenders match for the Intercontinental title".
AL SNOW's MUSIC HITS.
Heenan:"Idiots like this shouldn't be allowed on t.v.".
The Brutile Bulldog vs. Al Snow
This was a hardcore war. Al Snow is proven in the division but fans weren't sure about the Bulldog. Early in the match, Al Snow brought in a steel sheet and beat the Bulldog ruthlessly in the head. Busted wide open, The Bulldog got back into it when Terri threw Snow's mannequin head into the ring and he nailed him with it. Bulldog then blistered Snow with the "Bull-Line Snap". But it didn't end there. Out to prove a point, Bulldog whipped Snow into the corner, grabbed him by the head and used a hard kneelift to the head, bouncing off the bottom rope for more impact and busting Snow open. Bulldog then covered him for the win.

Cole:"That's gotta be considered an upset Brain".
Heenan:"But the Bulldog's proven that he can get hardcore".
RHYNO's MUSIC HITS; HE COMES OUT WITH STEVE CORINO.
Cole:"Here is a match that was just set up by Mr. McMahon after Eddie Guerrero requested a match against Steve Corino".
"LATINO HEAT" HITS AS EDDIE GUERRERO COMES OUT.
Heenan:"Requested? Try demanded! Guerrero's gonna learn a lesson here"!
This was a great match that could've gone either way. Rhyno overpowered Guerrero early on but Guerrero's experience helped him out. Rhyno was like a machine as he tried to dissect Guerrero but Guerrero did a nice job of outsmarting the manbeast with his quickness. While Guerrero was trapped in the corner, Rhyno went for a shoulder to the ribs when Eddie countered with a sunset flip to get a 2 count. Eddie was in firm control until Steve Corino got up on the apron. Guerrero hit Corino with a hard right hand, sending him to the floor but as soon as he turned around, Rhyno steamrolled him with the "Gore" to get a huge win.
Match Time: 7:26
Cole:"Nobody's gonna get up from that"!
Heenan:"You can count to a hundred! Rhyno is unstoppable folks"!
THE NOISE OF SIRENS HITS AS ELECTRIC COMA COMES OUT WITH NURSE BETTY.
Cole:"There is the man that was behind the wheel of the car that ran over Commissioner Foley at Foul Play"!
Heenan:"He's a scary individual but look at Nurse Betty, she can care for me anytime"!
Cole:"Now Electric Coma's been selected by Mr. McMahon to take out Shawn Michaels. This guy's nothing more that a hitman".
"SEXY BOY" HITS AS SHAWN MICHAELS COMES OUT.
Heenan:"Well Michaels somehow got by Triple H at Foul Play but he's in trouble here".
As soon as the 2 started to go at it, Triple H and Stone Cold hit the scene and it was a 3 on 1 mugging. The bell rang furiously as officials came from everywhere to stop the carnage. But Electric Coma and Nurse Betty kept them at bay as Triple H delivered the Pedigree which Austin followed up with the Stunner. As Michaels lay on the mat, Austin and Triple H were in his face taunting him.
Cole:"What the hell was that? This alliance created by Vince is trying to take over the world of wrestling"!
Heenan:"Like I said earlier, it's better to be an ally of this group than to be on their hit list".
KANE IS SHOWN WALKING THROUGH THE HALL, HARDCORE TITLE IN HAND.
Cole:"Kane will defend the Hardcore title in a triple threat, next"!
- A COMMERCIAL FOR VISA IS SHOWN.
FLAMES SLOWLY STARTED TO RISE ON THE ENTRANCE WAY AS THE GATES OF HELL's MUSIC HITS; NAILS COMES OUT WITH PAUL BEARER.
Heenan:"Here comes the former Hardcore champion".
"AMERICAN BADASS" BY KID ROCK HITS AS NUKE COMES OUT.
Cole:"And here comes another former Hardcore champion and one of the biggest me in TWF history!
AN EXPLOSION POUNDS AS KANE's MUSIC HITS.
Has there ever been a more daunting Hardcore champion"?
Heenan:"Well if he loses here, it'll be one of the shortest title reigns ever"!
Nails vs. Nuke vs. Hardcore champion Kane
3 of the toughest men in the TWF waged war here. After a major brawl with no pin attempts yet, Kane brought the crowd to their feet when he chokeslammed the massive Nuke. Nails tried to intervene but Kane scooped him up and planted him with the Tombstone. It looked all over but Nuke broke it up at the last second. After this, Nails brought in several weapons and the 3 men just destroyed one another. Late in the match, Kane hit Nuke with a flying clothesline off the top rope and signaled for the Tombstone. In disbelief, the crowd watched Kane bury Nuke with the Tombstone but Nails made the save by cracking a trash can over Kane's head. Papa Shango, The Leviathan and Jake Roberts all came out and started to beat the hell out of Kane after he launched Nails into the front row. Roberts DDT'ed Kane on a steel chair and The Gates of Hell began to leave the ring as Nuke rolled over on Kane and got the pin to win the title.

AS NUKE GRABBED THE BELT, THE GATES OF HELL ALL CAME BACK INTO THE RING AND ASSAULTED HIM, LEAVING HIM LYING NEXT TO KANE IN THE RING.
Cole:"Look at all the carnage! What's this group out to prove"?
Heenan:"That they're dangerous! Very dangerous"!
"THE KINGS" BY RUN DMC HITS AS THE NEW BREED COMES OUT.
Cole:"Jordan Rockwell formed this new group of young guns as Shawn O'Haire, Chuck Palumbo and Shawn Stasiak helped him defeat Billy Gunn".
Heenan:"This is the future of wrestling here".
ROCKWELL GRABS A MICROPHONE.
Rockwell:"What you all have the privaledge to see tonight is the new breed of wrestling, a group of athletes superior to everyone in this company. Soon, you will all see the benefits of being a part of the New Breed".
X-FACTOR's MUSIC HITS AS JUSTIN CREDIBLE COMES OUT WITH X-PAC AND TORI.
Cole:"What's Rockwell mean by that"?
Heenan:"You'll see soon".
Cole:"Big match here between two men with very bright futures. We also wanna take this time to announce the signing of the son of former WWF legend Cowboy Bob Orton, Randy".
This one belonged to Rockwell early as he put on an exhibition, hitting Credible with numerous moves including a moonsault off the top rope, a superplex and a missile dropkick. He also hurt Credible's arm early and it caused him discomfort all match. But Rockwell had problems putting him away. Suddenly, Credible caught him with a superkick which knocked him over the ropes and onto the floor. Jessica Lopez had referee Tim White's attention as Albert came out and a brawl started outside the ring between the two groups. In all the confusion, X-Pac hit Rockwell with the "X-Factor" on the floor and rolled him back into the ring where Credible covered him for the win.

Cole:"I can't believe I'm saying this, but Rockwell got screwed"!
Heenan:"Two power hungry groups! This one ain't over".
DREW BLOOD's MUSIC HITS AS THE LIGHTS GO OUT WITH A RED HAZE OVER THE ARENA.
Cole:"High stakes here as Drew Blood heads to the ring".
Heenan:"Well he got an impressive win over Chris Benoit at Foul Play and now he faces the man he lost to at Wrestlemania".
KEN SHAMROCK's MUSIC HITS.
Cole:"It won't be easy against this guy".
Drew Blood vs. Ken Shamrock
This was a fantastic wrestling match as both men had great oppurtunities to win. Shamrock had the upper hand early after wearing Drew Blood down with submission holds. But Drew Blood got back into it by countering a roundhouse kick into an inverted atomic drop. He hit Shamrock with a snap suplex followed by a cradle suplex off the top rope. Shamrock landed awkwardly on his head but kicked out at 2 and a half. Shamrock then began a furious comeback with a belly to belly suplex and a hurracanrana. He went for the ankle lock but Drew Blood escaped only to fall victim to a fisherman suplex moments later. Shamrock got his hands clasped and Drew Blood couldn't kick out in time as Shamrock got the win.
Match Time: 8:09
Heenan:"That match could've gone either way".
Cole:"It definitely could've but Ken Shamrock now has a shot at Intercontinental gold".
Lilian Garcia:"Grandmaster, at Free 4 All before Foul Play,you attacked your own....
Christopher:"First off Lilian, it's no longer Grandmaster Sexay, it's "Too Sexy" Brian Christopher. Now I got sick of carrying that punk Scotty Too Hotty....
SUDDENLY, CHRISTOPHER IS ATTACKED BY SCOTTY TOO HOTTY.
Cole:"Whoa! Scotty is beatin' the heck out of his former partner"!
A COMMERCIAL FOR CHEVY IS SHOWN.
THERE IS A KNOCK ON THE DOOR.
Vince:"Come in".
WELL DUNN ENTERS
Johnny Dunn:"Mr. McMahon, can you take a look at this"? (he hands him a pice of paper)
Vince:"What is it"?
Steve Well:"Mike Norton wants you to see it".
Vince:"Uh, sure. When I get a chance, I'll look it over".
Dunn:"Thank you".
WELL DUNN LEAVES.
Cole:"What's goin' on there"?
Heenan:"Who knows".
Cole:"Mike Norton was defeated for the European title at Foul Play by Bahamut but what does the Reluctance of Society have planned"?
THE BIG SHOW's MUSIC HITS.
Heenan:"Look at the size of this man"!
Cole:"The Big Show will face another big man here but as of late, The Big Show's alligned himself with The Gates of Hell".
"FALLING AWAY FROM ME" BY KORN HITS AS STRIFE MAKES HIS WAY OUT.
Heenan:"Strife has had problems of his own with Nails lately".
Cole:"This will be interesting".
This was a battle of behemoths and it didn't last long. As the two men traded punches, The Gates of Hell all made their way to the ring. Strife surprised many of the thousands in attendance when he bodyslammed the mammoth Show. But after a boot into the back of Strife's head, Big Show won it after a german suplex into a hard sambo slam. Paul Bearer and The Gates of Hell all came out to congatulate Show but Show wasn't in the mood. Then, as Bearer put his finger in Show's face and berated him, Big Show wrapped his huge hand around Bearer's neck when The Gates of Hell gang attacked him. But Strife got up and started to help Show as they cleared the ring. Afterwards, Strife and The Big Show just looked across the ring at one another until The Big Show left.

Cole:"Well folks, after a short hiatus, Harper Bane has returned to the TWF".
Harper Bane:"I'm sure some of you are wondering why I came back and attacked The Angel of Death last week on Free 4 All. Well, I'll tell you. He and I have a storied past. About ten years ago, he and I were somewhat friends. However, we were both in love with the same woman. She chose him over me but he didn't treat her like she deserved to be treated. When I confronted him about it, he grew angry and hit me in the face with a wheel trim which he still carries to this day. In the process, he ripped my face apart which is wide I have to cover with this mask. Angel of Death, you'd didn't think I ever would, but I found you. Once I saw you appear in this company, I knew it was time for me to come back. Now I will.....
SUDDENLY, THE ANGEL OF DEATH BEGINS TO LOWER FROM THE RAFTERS.
Cole:"Wait a minute! Watch out"!
THE ANGEL OF DEATH PULLS OUT THE WHEEL TRIM AND SMACKS BANE IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD AND THEN JUST STANDS OVER HIM, STARING DOWN.

Cole:"Val Venis defeated Chris Jericho at Foul Play to earn this match and it's a rematch of that awesome Iron Man match at Wrestlemania".
TRAVIS WAKEMAN's MUSIC BY WESTSIDE CONNECTION HITS AS WAKEMAN COMES OUT AND RAISES HIS ARMS UP AND POINTS HIS FINGERS TO THE SKY AS FIREWORKS GO OFF BEHIND HIM. TRISH LEADS HIM TO THE RING CARRYING THE TWF TITLE BELT.
Cole:"What an entrance for the champ"!
Heenan:"But I have a feeling it's Val's night".
Challenger...Val Venis vs. Travis Wakeman
This was a terrific match. It had everything. In the early going, the 2 men fought all the way around the ring. Then, Wakeman powerbombed Venis through the announce table as Cole and Heenan could barely get out of the way. But Venis stayed in it as the 2 put on a great match. Wakeman put Venis in every submission hold imaginable but Venis wouldn't give it up. After ducking a clothesline, Val dropkicked Wakeman out of the ring. This was Venis' chance. He gave Wakeman a piledriver on the floor and rolled him into the ring where he dropped a big knee oh his head. Wakeman was a prime target for the "Money Shot" and Val went up for it but Trish got on the apron and distracted referee Earl Hebner. Suddenly, Chris Jericho came running out with a steel chair and hit Venis in the back with it, knocking him to the mat. Then, Wakeman applied the Sharpshooter and Val couldn't take the pain as he tapped out.

Heenan:"Yeah it's okay for someone to help him huh"!
SUDDENLY, VINCE McMAHON COMES RUNNING OUT WITH HIS ALLIANCE. VINCE IS SHOUTING INSTRUCTIONS AS HIS 5 MEN ATTACK WAKEMAN AND JERICHO. TRIPLE H DROPPED JERICHO WITH THE PEDIGREE WHILE AUSTIN HITS WAKEMAN WITH THE STUNNER. THEN VINCE GETS A HOLD OF TRISH. WITH WILLIAM REGAL HOLDING TRISH's ARMS BACK, VINCE SLAPPED HER ACROSS THE FACE. WAKEMAN LUNGED AT HIM BUT ELECTRIC COMA HELD HIM BACK AND AUSTIN DELIVERED ANOTHER STUNNER TO HIM. THEN, STEPHANIE SLAPPPED TRISH SENDING A LOUD SMACK THROUGH THE ARENA. VINCE THEN GRABBED THE TWF TITLE AND SAID SOMETHING WHICH COULDN'T BE DISCERNED AND THEN THREW THE TITLE OVER WAKEMAN's LYING BODY.
Heenan:"Wakeman, your days as champ are numbered"!
Cole:"Oh my god! Vince and his alliance have gone too far"!
